The new Property Mgr is really nice and informative. My plans are to move once again, to a larger unit and she helped me to determine, which unit would be great for storing my business materials.

So many changes already making the property look great under the new Manager Dawn. Love seeing her out on property introducing herself and getting to know all of us. Even saw her walking her dogs around the property at 1 am when I drove by!! Talk about a manger that’s on it!

Unit had a bees nest and was very dusty. Couldn't find anyone during office hours and was forwarded to California.

My husband and I came to look at a unit to rent over the weekend. We did not realize it was after hours because the gate was open but the manager (Dawn) was checking the grounds and made an exception for us. It turns out the gates had been damaged by a paving crew and she had to manually close/open them until a repair could be made. Mentioning this because while we were outside, several existing customers stopped to talk to her. She was very professional answered what she could but also told them the office was closed and she’d be glad to help them further in the morning. Additionally, at least 3 customers said they’d already noticed improvements since Dawn had become the new manager. (Apparantly, the pavement had been a long running problem) This made us feel confident. The unit she showed us was the right size and one she’d just cleaned out. In good shape and Dawn said she only needed to put a longer pull for the light and it would be ready for move in. We’ll review after move-in and see if the facility is worthy of 5-stars!

Samantha was amazing, understanding, and helped work with me the full year I kept my things there. My storage unit was clean and free of bugs. I would definitely recommend this place to store your things and it is conveniently located down the street from a U-Haul dealer.

Dealt with a lot of storage companies in my time but this is by far the best experience. Process was easy and they don't charge outrageously like other places. Samantha, the office manager was so incredibly helpful and took time to make sure the process went smoothly. Her customer service skills are amazing and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

I love how clean it is when I always come in, Sam is the sweetest lady and very helpful. This is the only storage location I trust.

Although the price I feel is a bit much, the customer service makes up for the price! My ex and I got a unit together, and though he was the main person on the account, leaving me ultimately screwed if he wanted to be an a******, but Sam was very understanding and personable and made my life (literally) easier by making it hassle-free switching everything up! He explained everything very well, took me to the unit to make sure it met my requirements and then helped by taking my lock to the unit so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. We have been in the process of downsizing from a house to a condo. We needed two units originally. Both of the units we rented were clean. The camera's and on site management give a nice feeling of security when moving things in and out. Thumbs up from this renter.

Reserved my unit online and they were ready when I got there. Everything was explained clearly and I was in and out in a few minutes. The true surprise was when I opened the door to my unit to an extra clean storage space. A great place to store my extra stuff.

The storage areas are spacious and clean. The manager on site was very helpful and got me in my storage unit very quickly.
