I rented from this location about 4 years ago. Recently renting a unit once again. L love this place the manager is down to earth helpful and remembers his past customers. True southern hospitality at this location.
Confusing. We reserved a unit for a future date but the contract did not show the first month discount. Was leery. Thankfully it did show up on the credit card statement. I think the mandatory insurance started when reserved the unit not when the rental started. Can’t tell yet. This was un necessarily confusing and if not for the location probably would have considered a different storage service. Time will tell if this works out or not

Rented the unit by phone, guy was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed.
The rental experience was almost too easy! I accidentally leased two units, and immediately received a phone call from the manager wanting to confirm if that was my intention, which it was not. He took care of the problem with no other questions asked. Good people.
This is as good as it gets for the location. Sadly, they share a service road with a very, very busy restaurant

Great customer service, but not only the amazing manager - but his employees as well. I accessed my storage unit at all times and never had any issues. Storage unit was clean and in great shape with no pests. Can't recommend this place enough, much better than the other storage places I've used.
A little sketchy because other male tenants were frequently hanging around, but I was never harassed. The gate always worked and my stuff was fine.

Really kind and friendly manager who is highly effective. That's usually the most important thing at a storage location is high quality customer relations. Besides that the location is well maintained and has competitive/better pricing than what I found at other storage units.
