I don’t usually write reviews but the experience I had with one of the employees was above and beyond! Having to move and put your stuff in storage is stressful to say the least but it helps to meet nice, patient ppl to help calm you down and make you have a little less stress speaks volumes. I worked with her on a particular issue regarding my rented unit and she was extremely professional, patient, understanding, knowledgebale and most importantly resolved the problem. She took a situation which could have been really unpleasant and made it positive. It was a pleasure to work with her. What a wonderful location, location,location to meet all your storage needs. When I was unsure of what sizes I needed to meet my sudden needs Ivy explained it perfectly. I was able to quickly secure an outdoor as well as a temperature controlled unit. Ivy also made sure I understood the payment schedule, insurance, security and my gate codes. This is a very clean and driver friendly storage place. They also offer reserved parking spaces if needed. Thank you for being able to meet all my needs.

I lost my key to my lock and the pretty lady, Izzy or ivy or something, anyway helped me cut it off and sold me a new one. Usually other people always leave trash or cigarette butts on the ground but every time I come, she’s always cleaning or using a leaf blower down the isles.

It was an easy process of selecting the right unit for my needs. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful.
When I got my unit, it was cleaned up and painted real nicely, which definitely makes using it often much easier.
Super solid storage place. Prices reasonable, and they're very good at communication about anything going on like floor refinishing, gate work, etc . I've had a unit here almost 2 years, and the manager has always been awesome to help me out whenever I need it (I forget my code a lot). It's HOT in the non-climate controlled in the summer, but, er, welcome to Durham? I've never had a problem here (tho can't say the same for securcare's website... Considered dinging a star there, but that's not THIS facility's fault. Securcare, fix yo webpage! Or, maybe, don't cause every time you do, you break something. Lol). I would recommend to a friend for sure. Manager lives on site, and that's a big plus in my book. They also rent U-haul and have packing stuff. Only real complaint is that the light to Mineral Springs and Sherron doesn't go to the facility... Just a stop sign. So it can be a beast getting out unless you're turning right. So I just turn right and U-turn in one of the housing developments up the road...
Shoutout Hailey and Eddie for crushing it at customer service. This place is super clean with the nicest team. Honorable mention of awesomeness to the young lady in the back who was cordial af--I forget her name. Thank y'all for everything.

I just signed my lease yesterday. So far it has been a great experience. Hallie and George did an excellent job of walking me through the process and making sure I had all the supplies and information I needed. I do wish they had a cart to navigate to my unit though. (apparently someone stole it)
Clean area, however gates access was hard to get out. The gate doesn't automatically open on the way out, you have to put your code in to get out.

Easy and simple
The service here was superb. I was dealing with a particularly difficult moving company, but the people at SecurCare went out of their way to ease the process, which they were under no obligation to do. Hailey especially was terrific – she processed everything seamlessly and was extremely courteous. I felt much better with her overseeing my move-out, and I would recommend this facility whole-heartedly.
Customer service is first class at this location. The onsite manager is extremely helpful and courteous. I have considered moving to another location because it is closer to my job, but I'm hesitant because of the great service I get from this location....

Had a great experience while renting my storage, they mad my move so much better. Will defiantly be back when i need a storage.
We chose this facility partly because of the multiple layers of security including the coded entry gate. Unfortunately, for several of the months we rented space, the coded entrance gate was broken and always open leaving easy access to the units, even at night. We called the office to notify them of the issue several times and were told that repair services had been called to repair in the short term and a new gate was on the way. While this may be true, we consistently arrived to find the gate open. As part of what we felt we were paying for was the layer of gate security, we called to discuss a discount until the gate was replaced. The customer service during that call was horrible. We have since stopped renting a unit and do not recommend this space. I did give it 3 stars as our unit was not broken into and it was clean and dry.
I found Jeannie to be very friendly and helpful on the phone, since I am calling from long distance. She helped me with size and availability. And the prices were GREAT!
