I have rented with SecurCare four times now, at two different locations, and have always been satisfied! Good pricing and lots of options.

This is my favorite storage unit to rent at!! The people here are amazing!!! Abby the Property Manager is absolutely a doll!!! She is super sweet, soo helpful and knowledgeable!! I would recommend this storage to absolutely everyone!! The prices are amazing, they even sometimes offer promos for the first month which is super awesome because not a lot of places do that!!! 10/10!! I was in an out (& saw 3 units) within an hour!! 😇

I've been with the Rockville Road, Inpls, Indiana location for over 2 years, I've been extremely pleased from the first day of service. I wanted to get an additional unit, I contacted the Rockville Road location as I had a view questions. Again I received OUTSTANDING SERVICE (especially when dealing with a Contract over the phone). I forgot to get the young ladies name, but she was FAST, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, she went above and beyond, she also completed everything down to emailing me the contract and making sure I had everything I needed before releasing the call. I caused myself to be double-charged when I reserved a unit & when I called the location & explained to Nathan what happened, he promptly took care of the situation & got me my money refunded as he promised!! GREAT customer service!!!😊

Ease of renting unit was great, met with Nathan (I think) on Saturday and he explained where unit was, how to access and even went out with us to make sure code worked. Unit was clean and dry as expected!

Good staff having little trouble with gate but had fellow there keeping an eye on peoples property while gate was out of commission staff going extra steps to provide safety for your belongings

Site manager Nate Grady did and does a great Job. That is why I have returned for the third summer season. He just needs some help from the home office in upkeep of the facility. Potholes fixed and re-paint numbers and line markers in outdoor spaces.

The .manager gave me all the help that was needed. No problems. I finished up in person, and that process was the easiest. Online expected me to finish up there, but that wasn't necessary.

Very friendly office personnel, (I spoke with Nathan, and he was so sweet and funny, and clearly an asset to any company dealing with customer service) very easy to get set up into a nice quality unit, I highly recommend this location.

Used this facility for about a full year. Never had any issues. Nice staff and good location. Would use them again in the future.

Really friendly service! Did most of the business over the phone and was super simple. When we arrived just had to prove we had paid the insurance and had no issues at all. Nathan I believe was the name of the gentleman that helped us and he was great.

Great clean safe place to store your items. Also very nice owners, I appreciate them alot.

I showed up ten minutes before they closed. Instead of closing and telling me to come back tomorrow the manager brought me in, showed me some storage units and helped me get set up. He even gave me a free lock when I explained I was on a very tight budget. That goes beyond your average costumer service and I highly recommend this facility if you want friendly staff in a nice location.

Rental process was very smooth. Clay was great to work with. He worked with me to make sure my storage needs were met and was very helpful in making the process easy and finding the best unit for my needs. He answered all of my questions and helped me to feel comfortable and that I have made the right choice in local storage facilities. This facility used to be owned by a different company and I almost didn't use them because I wasn't impressed with how the facility was run by the previous owners. Since SecurCare took over the property it is a big improvement and I like that there is now staff on site that can help you and answer questions. There appears to be very good security here.

Clay has always been willing to work with us when we are behind on our payments. He is very friendly and very trustworthy too.

Spacious storage rooms

The property manager, Clay, is very responsive when I call him. I believe he has given out his personal phone number to allow customers better access since the current leasing office is not on site and the onsite office is not yet completed. Unlike other properties where I was have to make multiple calls to get information, Clay has always returned calls within a few hours, if not immediately. The parking spots are not laid out very well for moving large trailers into them (limited turning/entry space.)I
