Ricardo is very response and helpful. I had a few issues over my time at this location and everytime Ricardo helped me solve them. I couldn't get my unit open, he helped me get it open right away. This is a great location in Lodi and having peace of mind with your personal belongs is really nice.

I used SecurCare Lodi for about 8 months. Started off with 1 unit a 10x10, then wound up needing more and got a 10x30 for a few months. First off my rating for the facility is just my opinion but purely honest. Areas of the grounds could be slightly better kept, but in no means is it messy or unacceptable. My only issues were the weeds growing between the driveway and roll up door were getting a bit big, and I had a mouse or rat eat through a bag of dog treats I left in an open box, which I should have known better. Other than this I never noticed anything to make me think the facility needed upkeep. Many times I saw Jamie or another worker cleaning up units for the next guests. The prices were fair, and comparable to other places in town. Slightly higher than places off of Cherokee ln, but for good reason. More convenient for the West side of town, and a much nicer area. The location alone is worth the extra money they charge in my opinion. The rate changed 1 time through my renting and went up around 10$ I think on the 10x10. Again not a big deal to me, but others may find that aggravating. the 10x30 stayed the same in price. The biggest reason for my review and 5 stars is Jamie, the property manager. She and her staff are very kind and accommodating. I had several interactions with her needing assistance and each time she was very prompt and extremely nice. For my experience the customer service was very good, even when I had to call the 800 number after hours. Each time was helped right then, but even got a follow up from Jamie the next day to make sure the problem was fixed. I'm sure many other reviewers issues are valid but for me and my experience it was all good. I will return again if I need storage in the future just because of the time Jamie took to ensure my issues were addressed. To those possibly looking at this to rent in the future, don't be hesitant to politely call or talk to the staff, they respond very well and care about your experience. If you start with frustration and assumptions that all storage places are bad or they don't care, you're off to the wrong start. Kindness goes a long way.
