Prohibited items include perishable goods, living things, illegal or illegally obtained items, hazardous or flammable materials, weapons and ammunition, and items that violate local, state, or federal laws.

How can I pay my rent each month for my storage unit?

Access hours are the times when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Access hours typically have a wider range than office hours. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need to do during office hours include paying rent– should you opt to pay in person– purchasing additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

5/5 Stars I cannot say enough good things about the property manager, Jennifer, at NSA Storage! On dr martin luther king jr blvd, in Stockton ca , She is truly amazing and incredibly good at her job. Every time I am at the facility, I see her hard at work cleaning up after tenants and keeping the property in great shape. What really sets Jennifer apart is how much she genuinely cares. I recently let her know that my car tires kept getting nails in them because a messy tenant wasn't cleaning up their space. Jennifer immediately took initiative and bought a long magnetic strip that she now pulls behind her golf cart to sweep for nails and prevent flat tires. I am so grateful for her quick response and the extra time she took to solve the problem. She goes above and beyond, and her outstanding customer service makes a world of difference!

Corporate policy needs to change, or they are going to lose a lot of customers by pulling this tactic.
