If you need more space, our 5x15 units, comparable to a walk-in closet, can comfortably hold furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment, including a sofa, mattresses, and numerous large boxes.
Medium Self Storage Units spanning 10x10 to 10x15, are designed for substantial storage needs. The 10x10 option, comparable to half of a standard one-car garage, holds contents from two bedrooms, including nightstands, bedframes, mattresses, dressers, and assorted moving boxes. For larger storage requirements, the 10x15 unit, akin to a small one-car garage, provides plenty of space for three bedrooms of furniture or an entire medium-sized apartment's belongings.

Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I rarely review businesses or even products unless I am either impressed with great service or had a terrible experience that affected me negatively financially or otherwise. I cannot tell you how great the customer service is. I had a series of misfortune on two different occasions where my debit card was compromised within a few months of each other and I had completely forgotten about my storage unit payment. Each time they personally called me as a friendly reminder and didn’t even charge me late fees. Another time, I had a major life changing event, they helped me relocate some of my items when I was unable to. This may seem like a small task but it was a huge burden lifted at a time when I needed a little help. This is a wonderful company with staff that truly care about their customers. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

I work all over texas. I needed a place to store some equipment. And with in 30 minutes of me calling I had my space and all paperwork Signed. Not to mention it was all over email and phone calls from 300 miles away! When I took the equipment there. Everything was clean and organized and cameras felt secure and not worried about anything. If you need a place to store anything small or big give them a call they will set you up right!

Very clean, well organized, and most of all MUD FREE ! I was storing my motor home at another facility over on 741 about two miles away... for much less money I have to admit. But they only have unpaved storage area and have construction vehicles making ruts over 12” deep on the only ways in and out for my vehicles. Cost more in car washes in a few days than I saved by being there ! RIghtspace far more co operative and organized. They seem to appreciate my business and, that is a pleasant surprise ! Definitely at least four starts out of five.
I made a reservation online, a couple hours later I got a phone call to confirm the reservation. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite, check-in process was smooth and short, facilities are clean.
