I met the new manager today working a little too hard in my opinion. Maintaining cleanliness here. I appreciate that being that I haven’t seen anyone out here for a while, let alone cleaning.

After having issues without a manager for months, new blood has come in and is proactively fixing long standing neglect issues. Candice immediately replaced our pull rope and is making sure we have direct contact to fix our weather stripping despite also needing to repair roofing across the property. A massive improvement.

I am so glad my sister and I picked this storage to store our belongings. We've had our belongings here since October of 2024. Jenny, who works there, is AWESOME!! I had a situation with my unit and she called me immediately! She is so friendly and hilarious! 😂 But, she also takes her job seriously by constantly patrolling the property. Every time I go to my unit, I see her patrolling the property, helping people who need help with carrying boxes, picking up trash other lazy people leave on the ground, making sure individual units are locked and safe and always waves, smiles and talks to you. Jenny, you are awesome! I hope the company knows what a valuable employee they have in you, Jenny. If I could give more stars, I would!

Very CLEAN, affordable units. Easy to nagavate as well..The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and informative....patient with my son as he asked him 20 questions as well. I was very impressed. The hallways were cleaner than any other storage facility I've been, no one lingering around units, or camped out around them. Location also a plus. Super easy to get to....The first month discount was really nice as well. That to was easy...guy knows what hes doing.

I have rented a facility here for over 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with this specific location. Any time I have interacted with this team has been positive. They call directly if there are any issues with your account in order to attempt correction before things get out of hand. They are great about quick response times and helping with updates. Tyller is very proactive and quick to respond and update account records as needed. The site is secure, in a convenient location, and they offer multiple sizes of units. You can even buy your lock directly from them if you don't happen to already have one. I would recommend this location to others.

I highly recommend this place, the staff is really friendly and helpful with any type of storage needs that you need. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Staff was friendly when I rented the unit and when I moved out of the unit. No hassle and no upselling to try and keep me there. Access into the units is simple and the location is convenient. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it’s a little too expensive compared to other storage places in the same area.

Additionally, the units are not climate-controlled, which has led to an increase in bugs and lizards, particularly with changing weather conditions. With warmer months approaching, I’ve decided to relocate to a more controlled environment. That said, if you’re looking for an affordable and accessible option and don’t mind the climate factor, this could still be a decent choice

First time in my life (65 yrs) I've ever needed to rent a storage unit. Andy Cantu, manager of this iStorage location, made the process painless, simple, and pleasant! Wife and I felt very comfortable talking with Andy about our options and he was very helpful in offering his opinion of what size unit we would need. The entire facility is well maintained and I feel is pretty secure. No hesitation recommending this location and Andy Cantu. Update: 2-12-2025 Only needed storage unit for about 2 years. Never any problems and Andy was always there if I had any questions. Still recommend this facility.

None of us like to spend extra money that we don't want to spend....however Tara, the new manager of this facility, makes it easier to do so without being bothered by it. She has proven to be excellent at customer service, going above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs extra storage space.

My family rented a storage facility from Moove In - 4526 - Tiffin, now NSA Storage, for over 4 years. We have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the easy accessibility of the unit. The entrance gate has never faltered during the time that we have accessed it, and the grounds around the units have always been neat, tidy and cleaned up. Casey, the general property manager has been very good to work with. He, or someone in the office, has always been very prompt at answering any and all questions that we might have had, and they have assured us that our unit was being well monitored. I would highly recommend storage at this climate controlled facility in Tiffin, Iowa. It was a very pleasant experience for us.

Moving in was very easy and straight forward, I did everything online which was very convenient. A system error did occur & I ended up with two units, which was an unpleasant surprise. One phone call later, I had the issue identified & the refund process to be initiated. I spoke with George the property manager(owner?) & he was very pleasant to speak with. He gave me his number & told me he would keep me updated with the process. I'd also yet to get a lock for my unit I was using & he actually gave me a free lock on that one. Before this interaction I would say my opinion was a normal neutral, but I now feel like I got lucky with this location as I can imagine some others may not have been so pleasant & helpful. So, I can't speak for the Moove-in brand itself, but the Dillsburg location is certainly one I would recommend.

Sabrina is amazing! The place has drastically improved over the last year plus; it also seems more secure. Our unit is an indoor one, it's very nice. The price for our 10x10 is $96 monthly. 4 stars because they only have the 1 employee and when she's out of office for any reason, good luck getting any help in a timely fashion. We needed the door code, not the gate, and it took over an hour of nonstop calling to finally get someone at the "call center" instead of straight to a voicemail. The area manager, Robin, did end up calling me minutes after we figured out the door code. Our only other option was going to have to be to just leave our entire home packed outside in the parking lot in front of the gate, blocking everyone else's access to the lot, because our movers and Uhaul time was past due. Apparently this door code being only known by Sabrina and the customer was news to them, so I do hope it gets resolved. They're aware of the cameras on the property having black spray paint over the lenses - I hope that also is resolved soon. Aside from an explanation and apology though, if we had not figured out our door code on our own by trial and error then they would've just left us stranded there blocking entry for all other customers. I hope and doubt that anyone else will run into such an issue in the future, and the facility/grounds are very well kept so I won't drop it in stars too much.

My husband and I are returning customers of RightSpace Storage in Hooksett. We had our travel trailer there for a couple of years and the storage space is monitored 24 seven. We had an issue with our RV cover being ripped open and they gave us a call to let us know. We are extremely happy with this location and management! This time around we have one of our vehicles stored there and from start to finish, the whole process was a breeze! We would definitely recommend RightSpace Storage.
