I came here when Covid first started being a problem and my lease was up! I thought it would be a year maybe a little more max. I’ve been with them Now for a couple year and if anything I could say the customer Service and everybody in the office is so nice and friendly and knows you by name and when I’ve been behind they have always been nice about it and worked with me! I highly recommend them!

Very secur, clean storage unit. Thier prices are GREAT and workers are obliging. They didn't let me go to my unit until they shoveled snow falling down. It took about 3 mimutes. Love them!

I've secured the space, but I haven't actually loaded any items into the room yet. I am, however, pleased with how clean and secure the premises are. First time using a service like this. I am pleased!

The store manager Steven Moorer and the Asst. Manager Jawhari Hasan were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I came in at the end of the night and you would have thought that I was the first customer they worked with. They worked with me long beyond the close of the business day and TRULY gave me VIP treatment. The Facility grounds is well lit, the storage space was clean and the front office warm and cozy and most importantly the office staff always served with a smile! I have shopped many storage spaces in the past and none compare to the service that I have found at the Euclid Extra Space storage facility.

Everyone who works at this place is extremely nice. My mom and I were helped by Christine and she was super friendly and helpful. We told her we needed storage for only about two weeks and she found us a storage unit were we got the first month rent free!!! The storage spaces are real clean and convivent for your needs, it really exceeded our expectations!!!
