Hello- Our dog Melba has been missing since 9/13, and we are beyond desperate to get her back home. She is a rescue dog and very skittish, as we had only had her for 2 months before she went missing. We have already contacted the non emergency line for all nearby police precincts, animal control, and we are checking in with local shelters/vets regularly. Storage units are pretty universal, right? They offer 24/7 access with a key code and units that are fairly priced. I was able to get a special on my unit and I was able to fit a lot in it. The checkout process was simple and easy. Debra at the office was great to work with.

I am not big on writing reviews or sharing any personal info, but we had a loss in our family and the staff at iStorage was understanding, helpful and very gracious. I cannot more highly recommend them.

This is my fourth year renting space at iStorage in Saint Louis Park. The best part of using this facility is the Manager, Debra Olson who is always nice and very helpful to ensure my storage need are met. Over the years every space I have rented from her is always clean; and I appreciated flowers on the property. Moreover, I appreciate the benefits of a secure facility and the entrance and exit gates that have always worked. I have absolutely no complaints and plan on renting storage space at the Saint Louis Park facility again in the Spring of 2021. Thank you Debra for all that you do! So appreciated. AGIII

Great storage facility! I am so glad I chose this place while I had a 1 month gap between moving out of my apartment and buying a house. The drive up storage was so convenient and made moving 10x faster and easier. Debra, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful! She even accommodated a change in the size of my unit on move in day.

Great customer service

I had to quickly move my elderly mom out of her memory care facility due to COVID-19. I was able to rent the storage locker, get a lock and have the movers move her things in without ever leaving home. Debra was onsite handling everything for me. Even providing pallets for the movers to use. We set up a no-contact key pickup for me, too. I chose iStorage based on the wonderful reviews it had received and from my experience, those good reviews were right on the money.

My experience so far has been excellent. Debra in the office is great and really cares about her customers. No problems so far. My only complaint is the small gap under the garage door that lets leaves and potentially mice in. Haven’t seen any yet, hope they don’t get in.

This place is fantastic! We had an awful time getting stuff together (definitely our fault for giving ourselves a short time to move out), and we showed desperate and several minutes after close. But they were so patient, and willing to wait with us to get the storage opened up and get our access code. Now it's an affordable, easy-to-access storage unit I am VERY glad to have!

We had extra stuff when our daughter moved back temporarily after college. This place was convenient so we tried it. The office manager made everything easy, clear, and we could have the monthly fee auto paid every month. The space itself was clean and secure. if you want to see what it's like to go to a Somalian Market this is a great place tons of handmade clothing books shoes belts hats coats accessories however the parking is at a minimum and the folks that go to this place apparently do not know what's happening behind them when they stopped to talk to a friend in the middle of the road so annoying

I needed a locker for less than a month. Debra Olson helped me to set one up. It took about 20 minutes for showing and signing. No hard sale, no hidden charge, but honest business. I highly recommend. (There is a U-Haul less than a mile away. A perfect combo to save some money on moving. Note that U-Haul charge per mile. So, distance is crucial.)

This place is ideal for a short or long term storage solution. The staff is SUPER helpful with keeping your unit safe and actively patrols the lot. They even noticed when I put the lock on improperly and corrected it. That is worth it's weight in gold. I've used them for 2 moves and if I move again, won't hesitate.

Stored a good amount of stuff here for 2 years with no problems whatsoever. I rented a 5x15 unit and pretty much filled it to the max. The unit was clean and well-protected from the elements, and even after two years I didn't find a lot of dust on my things. I recommend buying those moisture-sucking things from the office (I forget what they're called). Debra who runs the place is friendly and professional, and I'll be going back here for any future storage needs. Highly recommended overall.

Deb was super nice and helpful with everything. Great location and great rates. I kept my belongings there for over 9 months. I had an outdoor unit with no insolation or heating, and my stuff was just fine when I took it out. They were even kind enough to find some extra pallets I could put boxes and totes on.

Debra is on point! She helped me switch units after realizing the one I had reserved was not the size I had imagined and had me in the new unit in less than 5 minutes. The location is central to the entire metro area and is super easy to get to from Highway 100. I love the option to add on 24 hour access and the only bummer is that I'm not able to receive mail/deliveries there.

This is the first storage company I have rented a unit from. I have had a pleasant experience so far. I started off with a 10'x15' unit. The first month I received for free via a promotion, and I simply had to pay the rest of thr current month prorated which came out to roughly a month and a half for around $80 (which included one time admin fee of $20ish and mandatory insurance). After about a month I upgraded to a 10'x20' unit. You end up paying a significant amount of money for this size unit, but considering the location, cleanthliness, and nice staff it is worth it in my option. Oh yeah, most days Deb is working. She is very nice and fun to talk to, plus she is very aware and in tune to what's going on so be sure to follow the rules. All in all it serves to be a convenient, resonably priced place to store my things.
