Amazing location. The worker that helped set me up was awesome. She was knowledgeable and friendly at the same time which is a hard combination to find in any customer service worker. Location is gate access only which adds a second layer of security to it. So far couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Easy and fast setup

Did the booking online and went really smoothly. When I showed up there was a hiccup in the system (old manager didn’t clear things up) but new manage Tony was able to clear that up and got me on with my day! Really professional and even helped me move some stuff! Would recommend!

When I came in to get a unit, Crystal the young lady at the desk handle everything most ideal fashion. She helped me pick the right unit and even volunteered to stay a little bit late in case I couldn't get back by closing time so I could get in to get my stuff stored. You don't come across people that are willing to give up their own time like that often. I am very impressed.

Full disclosure: this is entirely from a driver's perspective, I've never rented here. The place was clean and orderly when I arrived, the units I was able to see into appeared to be in very good condition. Unfortunately this place is SNUG to drive through in a larger vehicle or (as was necessary in my case) pull a trailer through. Be aware ahead of time 👍

Josephine has been super helpful accommodating my schedule while I’m out of town in setting up a new unit. Gate access is a plus too.

Was checking storage places near me and most seemed disinterested in having my business. At istorage on Harry street Josephine greeted me when I walked in, answered all my questions, and was overall very pleasant. The property was clean and in good repair. I rented a unit and feel comfortable knowing the manager is friendly and has a great attitude. Also the prices were very good, but there is an administration fee that they seemed hesitant to mention so ask about it if you want to rent.

Josephine was swift and extremely helpful in getting me into the right storage unit. She even checked up on me the next day to make sure I was ok given my difficult situation. The price is wonderful compared to other places around town and it’s super clean and easily accessible. I’m so glad she was there to assist me and I look forward to knowing my things are safe with all of the cameras and caring people here. 10/10

The place is the BEST.. I ran into financial troubles while renting a unit it from them. I was afraid of losing all my belongs. I explain to them situation and they were truly helpful. Not only did I not lose ANY of my belongs they worked with til my balance became ZERO.. I truly appreciate them helping me and my family.

Service was good. Peter was informative and clear about policies. Available timrs are 6-10 instead of 24/7 which seems safer.

Brenda was one of the most outstanding staff members I have ever met! Her customer support was beyond my expectations, as she took special time to help me think through my needs and goals. Although I didn’t get to spend as much time with her, Jackie was amazingly professional and kind, too! The facilities were clean and well-kept. I felt the neighborhood was safe and that my possessions would be well cared for.

This Security Storage has clean, well built units that not only store your personal belongings it offers weatherized, environmental protection from some of nature's damaging elements. I would use Security Storage without doubt!
