If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Is Month to Month Leasing Offered?
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I came from another storage place in the last year which was not well governed a lot of things were broke one after another garage doors elevators etc we're talking for like 6 months, anyway I am honored to spend a couple extra bucks, and belong to the storage unit that seems to be well governed, and taking care of. I'm going to say a couple bucks I'm in like less than$15 difference, couple bucks After signing up I was very impressed on the screening and who hangs out when people in the office aren't present.. Later on that evening I went to put everything from my truck and my camper and my storage unit it felt very secure And very structured which is not the experience I had in the storage unit previously which is a nationwide chain..
The units and the facility itself are very clean and well-kept. And they truly do have the cleanest bathroom I've seen at any storage place. There are plenty of carts to help with load-ins, but access into the building takes a little maneuvering around the safety poles. Ryan is super helpful and professional. So far, so great!
I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The property is conveniently located, clean, and well-maintained. What really made my experience outstanding, though, was the manager. Ryan is phenomenal — incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the rental process, and even offered helpful tips to make the most of my storage space. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.
