I have a few units scattered in Scottsdale and of all of them, the overall satisfaction deserving of a 5-star, is this location. The building is well-kept and maintained. That is all because of the efforts of the staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Granted, I barely go, it is, after all, a storage unit for home decor and seasonal items. But each time I had to interact with the staff, it was and remains to be, always very pleasant. When I first rented, Tony managed the facility. Very nice person and the customer service was top-notch. I always felt safe going in there. Like most people, we only go into storage units when occasions call for it. I have had the chance to experience several "management changes" in the last 2 years alone. Pam was as wonderful and so was Elsa. Now Siera/Sierra/Cierra (Sorry, this Unnie will correct the spelling as soon as I know how to spell her name) has taken the mantle. Although she is new here in Arizona and quite young, she has successfully displayed her leadership skills by taking her responsibilities and duties toward her customers and the facility very seriously.

I’ve had the wonderful experience with Right Space Storage. I want to compliment Ciara I hope I didn’t spell her name wrong. She was the on duty person at the time. She helped me so much. We need more people like Ciara. Thanks again for helping me with my needs and pointing me in the right direction!

I have had a storage unit at this location for the last 6 years. Tony, the previous manager was fantastic. After his departure, I was concerned that I might have to change my storage store. Good management and customer service is hard to come by nowadays. But, alas, the new manager, Pam, was hired. Pam was awesome when faced with a concern of mine. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. My confidence is restored. Long live great customer service!!!

Thank you! 🙏 I was thinking of taking my things to a different storage company- but Pam was very kind and helpful and I decided to stay. Pam assured me that management was working on getting the air conditioning fixed. However, upper management NEEDS to get AIR CONDITIONING fixed- ASAP! The air conditioning has been out for close for over two weeks. A swamp cooler does not cut it when temps are above 100 (and we can been well above 100 for a record-breaking amount of time! ) and the humidity is high. It is SO warm inside the facility. PLEASE get air conditioning fixed. It was awful moving into new unit when it was SO warm/ hot inside! My poor mover was having a difficult time and needed several breaks 🥵.

This isn’t a huge self storage facility which is great by me. Reserving a space online and moving in the same day was easy. The staff member helping me (I didn’t catch his name) was very nice and knowledgeable. I don’t need the space for long, so the price and the size are perfect. Thank you!

Clean and cool. Competitive rates and the administrative fee is 40% less than everyone else. Easy in and out of the driveway with a loading zone and flatbed carts available. The manager, Tony is very friendly and helpful.

If it wasn't for Tony I would have lost everything I own. One of the great offers they provide is a truck to move your belongings into their storage units. The facility is very secure and very clean. Customer service is outstanding and I would highly recommend StorAmerica above any other storage facility. My experience with StorAmerica Staff was very professional and friendly-oriented. They made me feel comfortable and satisfied my needs during my transfer from one unit to another. Also, they were instrumental in helping me to make my situation a better fit during this unforeseen time. I feel safe and secure working with Tony, and Sergio. There was another Staff member that I met who was just as professional and accommodating. I believe his name was Jeremy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

He even helped me save money after we discovered my items could fit in a smaller unit. StorAmerica is very affordable and I feel as though my items are safe there. If you need storage space in the South Scottsdale area, please go in and talk with the General Manager, Tony and tell him You were sent by AZ Adam Black. I had a recent incident in which a friend of mine found an immediate need for storage space. Her budget was limited as well as was her time or resources for help. Tony personally made the experience of helping someone else move an unforgettable one. Several issues came up as is the case with all moves but he went above and beyond including personally coming by the house to make sure everything we needed to get the job complete was handled. Thanks again StorAmerica is the only choice from here on.

Great place to go

Clean space, and generally friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioned basent is great too. They also have a good deal on the first month of rent, which is nice. Their pro-rated refund policy turned out to be worse than my wife and I understood it to be when, despite giving notice to vacate in advance of the 10th of the month, they refused to give us a pro-rated refund for the 25-ish un-used days of the month because we had already paid for the month (with auto-pay). This seems weird at best, and left a poor taste our mouths at move-out. Summary: Buyer beware, but generally this place is fine.

I always recommend this store America to all my family and friends. This store America usually has a move-in special and they let you use their truck for free to move into your storage. The areas are very well kept and the employees are very friendly and helpful. For example I use the truck for free and was moving my stuff into my storage and got overheated. The employee noticed that I was overheated and brought me and my friend some cold water. I did not have enough money at the time to purchase a lock and the employee found a way to work out the problem so I was able to move in. If you are looking for a storage facility this is the very best one that I recommend.

This is an excellent facility and location. The young lady, Kendra, at the front desk is a delight to speak to and very helpful. The access hours end relatively early in the night, but this actually allows increased security while bringing things in and moving things out. 4.5 Stars round to 5.

Kendra was very professional and worked hard to find me a unit that fit my need at the lowest possible price. This isn’t the fanciest storage facility but it gets the job done for basic storage. Plus the location is easy to get to. I would recommend it

Kendra was amazing, patient at showing me the various units, locations, and sizes. This Thomas RD location is very clean and appears very safe. There are ample carts to borrow for loading/unloading and it's easy to access your units with a generously sized elevator. Highly recommended.
