Ms. Maxine had a smile on my face before i knew it. Wasn't in the best of a mood, especially about renting a storage unit. But this lady turn my perspective a full 360 in a matter of minutes. Thank You Ms. Maxine and Securcare!!

Brooke is great! After a rough morning trying to get into our unit on Mansfield road, multiple phone calls, and eventually me getting in the gate but not being able to get out of the gate, Brooke was able to come to the rescue. Nobody was working at the building on Mansfield road today so when I was having issues I called the storage unit on Kingston road and this lead me to speak with Brooke. After multiple tries on her end to reset our PIN number she dropped what she was doing and drove to the Mansfield road building to get our problem fixed. After more failed attempts, she was finally able to get it resolved and saved the day. Literally, we’re moving tomorrow to a different state and needed to get our stuff!! This woman did not have to drop what she was doing and come right then but not even 10 minutes after hanging up she was there and working on the problem. Seriously, she was so sweet and helpful! Just always ask for Brooke if you’re needing help!
