I went into this SecurCare Self Storage yesterday to inquire about prices for a few different sized units. Ms. Cheri was absolutely wonderful, she answered all of my questions and showed me units. I am looking to rent in about another 2 weeks and without a doubt, I will rent at this location.

I can sense when someone is pretending to be nice in the business world, in order to make a buck$. My first encounter with Brooke was over the phone, and I felt like I've known her all my life!! She is one of those "down home" kind of people. She not only waited for me to get to her location from San Antonio, when I arrived, she also walked me through that "jungle" of an on-line inprocessing, then, she showed me around and simply made me feel right at home! She didn't leave until she knew I had a total understanding of everything. I'm buying that lady lunch the next time I'm over that way, for sure! Thank you again, Brooke! You did your job exceptionally well! If I find anyone who needs a storage facility in the future, I'm directing them to your location.
