I currently have a lot of things in storage. The facility on Alkay Drive in Shreveport, LA., has to be the most accessible for people to do business with. The agent who rented me the unit was very empathetic to my situation and was very kind b/c, let's face it, breaking up is hard to do, and trusting my belongings in a storage facility was also tricky. SecurCare Storage made things so much easier.

A good place to keep your valuables. Very quick and easy to rent. Sell locks, boxes etc. too. Mike, the attendant / manager is friendly and professional. Also very patient and helpful.

Great place, but unfortunately they raise your rates quite often. Sometimes it's a small amount, but other times it's more than I want to pay.

The ladies in the front office have been very nice and helpful with me. Sometimes lately it seems that great service is a forgotten trait, but not at SecurCare! Anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns the manager (sorry I forgot her name) has done everything possible to be sure all issues were addressed and solutions covered with me. I wanted to move my position of my RV due to the conditions I was having to deal with. I appreciated her help and her follow up to be sure all my concerns had been corrected to my satisfaction. I probably will be moving to another storage place when my contact is up. I paid a year ahead because I was offered a free month if I did. That’s equaled $150. to me...in other words FREE MONEY! LOL 😂 I’m moving because my RV has gotten beat up and things have been stolen. The straw that broke the camels back was sometime in the last month someone threw a 2X4 at the windshield and broke my wiper on the drivers side. Please understand this has nothing to do with the office personnel, like I said everyone has been awesome with me. I think y’all have security issues has to do with the RV’s being parked directly in the back yards of the neighborhood behind SecurCare Storage and only a fence separating the two. Sorry to be so wordy but wanted to give credit where credit is due and to let you know exactly why I’ll be leaving in August. Please pass my thanks/thoughts to your manager. I have already thanked her myself but the boss passing along some recognition means a lot. Rick Richardson

Cheri, was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and nice. She was great to get me the exact space that I need and knew her stuff. It is always so nice meeting someone so nice a d professional. It was a wonderful experience! Securcare is great to have her as an employee.

Nice, clean place however I was unable to gain access into the entrance gate several times after paying monthly bill. During a transition phase employees at the business were rude.
