I have been using this storage since the end of 2022. Although, the office staff are kind and the grounds remain clean, my lease rates have increased to $120 monthly for a 5×10 indoor unit. The lighting is very poor for an indoor unit. The only lighting is from the hallway lights. My items are covered from the ceiling's insulation.

Our belongings spend almost 4 1/2 years at Iron Guard Storage - Killeen. We visited the storage when it was time to depart to sort and discard items. I was expecting possible water damage, rodent issues, or a large quantity of dust. I was smiling when I saw the only issue was a little dust on the boxes at the very top and there were collapsed boxes because they were heavy. No water damage, NO insects (alive or dead). Mark takes great measures to take care of his customers belongs I notices traps outside, packets inside the storage for unwelcome critters and the area is free of trash. Over the last 2 months I visited the container 4 or 5 times and Mark would check on me, asking how we were doing and was very accommodating. He thanked us for our service as Soldiers and for being loyal customers. Him checking on me made me feel safe, yes there is an authorized access only gate but him coming around to see how I (female) was doing was reassuring. When the moves came to retrieve our belongings, our storage area was impressively clean after four years, I even saw Mark conducting area beautification giving me the chance to thank him, instead he thanked us for choosing Iron Guard Storage. Mark, thank you for everything.

Finest storage unit company I've used, hands down. Mark always greeted me by name, and helped walk me through the unit renting and payment processes step by step and was so helpful every time I called or stopped by. I had my belongings in the unit for a few months, and they were in the same condition I left 'em in, not a single bug or nibble or puddle in sight, all of which I've dealt with at other storage facilities (especially silverfish, which is a horror when you store art and books!)- I didn't think a bug-free storage place existed until now. I'm really pleased with the customer service most of all, I feel the folks here really care about each individual customer as a person and do a marvelous job at looking after their belongings, and I really respect that in a business. Will definitely be coming back when the need arises!

I've had some poor experiences with storage building companies before and I could not be happier with the experience and true customer service I received with Iron Guard. The reason I needed a storage building was very challenging and personal and extremely short notice. Great staff. Great storage buildings. Affordable pricing. They even got me in last minute before my deployment to store my vehicle AFTER their closing hours. Would definitely recommend for Army personnel. Edit after closing my storage: After 9 months of storing my things and coming back, I am truly thankful for their support and their quality of service. They actively helped my significant other maintain my vehicle consistently, checked up with me over the phone while I was deployed to see how I was doing, lent me their own tools to do some minor works under my hood when I got back, gave me a few laughs whenever I contacted them, and overall treat you like family. I’ve been in the military for 19 years I’ve been all over the world. I’ve utilized dozens of storage facilities, This is by far is my BEST experience! From the minute we walked in the door the atmosphere, the greeting with customer service, they even offered us lunch and we hadn’t even spent any money! The facility is clean, rodent free, and easily accessible. The caretakers actually CARE about your stuff! Do you want to store your items and not have to worry about them from week to week? Then get here now! It is literally like leaving your belongings with family!

Moving my 4 bedroom house quick, fast, and in a hurry. This one had good reviews so I took a shot and glad I came here first. Mark helped me pick a storage unit since I never stored my stuff before and was extremely helpful. Storage unit was a perfect fit and then some for a great price. Angel was really quick with the admin paperwork and explained all the details so that I could understand very easily. Mark and Angel were great! We were able to get a storage locker for a vehicle last minute and they made the process very easy. We felt like the facility was safe and that our car and belongings were kept in good hands. We truly appreciated their kindness from the day we reserved the locker to the day we moved everything out!

Angel and Mark were so very caring and kind. I had my deployment date pushed back a couple of times and they adjusted the reservations with no issue. They are very accommodating and helpful, even gave me advice on how to store my car so that I won’t have any issues starting it up.
