I recommend NSA Storage on Katy Freeway. I lost my key and they were able to help me access my storage unit within minutes. I am very happy that I am storing my belongings with them.

Affordable storage. Minimal walking since you back your moving truck up in a dedicated loading/unloading parking spot and are just a few steps away from elevator. Would have given 5 stars but there was an internet loss when I arrived to signup and then my elevator code didn’t work so I had to go back to office and get a temporary one. Staff that helped me was friendly and facilities were clean.

Much better than the storage we had on westheimer, that one got robbed. This istorage is clean and has enough carts. They have had an ongoing issue with the door codes not working even though the bills is always paid early and 2 months in advance, my code never works and I keep having to go to front desk for them to fix it. They did tell me last time, its a software issue and they are putting in a new system, hopefully that helps.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. I love that I'm able to access the storage at a time that's convenient for me and it's a temperature controlled unit.

I loved how easy it was, sign up online, bring your own cylinder lock, *gatecode#rentalunit to get into the building. Front office has sofa covers, boxes and lockes if needed. No bathrooms available on your storage unit floor. Access is from 0600 to 10pm.

Stellar! Best experience ever utilizing storage. The on-site Property Manager, Cesar, listened, made well-informed suggestions and helped me feel comfortable renting a storage unit there at iStorage; in fact, so much so that I rented a 2nd unit there. Outstanding Customer Service!

Honestly so far so good. Clean, simple, no hassle really. Sure I had to wait on management the other day but at least they finally came back when the "away" sign on the door said they would. And then today Cesar from management really went out of his way to help me and my family out with a special request. It is for that reason alone I gave 5 stars but otherwise it was still going to be a solid 4.

It is a good storage place but most of the time the bathroom is either locked or out of soap. We pay good money to rent I think the least we should get is soap in the bathroom or it to be available since the closest one is a mile away at Buckees. Just saying

So far, very impressed with the overall experience. The building is huge in that I'm only familiar with one story storage facilities. Building is extremely clean and units are very well constructed with a good visual appeal. My unit was clean and taller than i could stack things with me being 5'11". Security of units seems good from the design used with entry codes into the building and code needed to use elevators. There was only one staff member when i arrived, but he walked me to my unit and explained everything i needed to use my storage unit. Good carts to use to load and unload. Areas are very well lit up and the building has great ac to keep cool which is great when moving during the summer weather here in Houston as it gets HOT outside. If i had to pick a flaw, that the locking abilities of each unit it designed to only accommodate an unusual cylinder lock only ( for which they sell ) and not able to use our own locks that we mave currently have already. But the safety of using these new locks is much great from someone cutting a typical lock to get access to your belongings.

TG was the gentleman who helped me w/my needs… He was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & very pleasant to deal with made this experience very pleasurable!!

Never had a weird experience, it's a safe place, cellphone signal gets weak whenever you need to throw some music on to move whatever items you got. Only negative, not enough to drop it down to 4 stars. They give updates to your email if you don't have auto pay setup... there not going to immediately throw your items out.. you have some grace until that happens.

It was an Easy Procedure to rent a unit online. And less expensive each month. Forgot a lock and they sold me one. The mgr was very knowledgeable and helpful with showing me the property.

I’ve been just a 1-year renter with ProGuard before they were bought by iStorage, and my change-over transition overdraft charge problem came and went about as painlessly as could be expected (this is also my first time experiencing a buy-out transition period between companies as a customer). Marie was super efficient, clear and explanatory, and even friendly and personable after helping with my account issues, keeping very professional and effective while still being a very gracious conversationalist when there’s time enough to chat! Elevators at the far building close to the car dealership where my previous unit was were clean and functional on my visit May 31, 2022. Wishing all the best to the Traywicks and Marie as well!

I like how secure the facility is. The staff is friendly. My only issues were that I referred someone and because I had already paid my rent and was moving out I didn’t get the $25. They gave the discount to the person I referred to them and expected them to pay me. I couldn’t return all 3 keys because my ex had one and I have a restraining order against him, but they were nice enough not to charge me for that key but I didn’t get my deposit back. Management gave me my $25 referral fee. Once we talked about the situation they corrected it right away!!!

Everyone with Proguard was a delight to deal with. The original lease was clear, quick and fair. First month prorated, only $20.00 deposit, quick lease termination at the end. They even returned my deposit. In person or on the phone highly professional. The facility is clean and first class with a great design for quick loading.

The Proguard Storage at Memorial City/Gessner has great freeway and frontage road access. You can enter the property from the frontage road or Conrad Sauer. The parking is ALL shaded. The properties is very clean, secure and organized.The units are clean with climate control. Lots of flat bed dollies to use to load and unload your items. The halls are brightly-lite with background music. The property managers Connie & Mitch are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!

The Proguard Memorial Storage facility is great and very cost competitive. The entire parking area is under cover, so you can load/unload no matter what the weather conditions without any issues. They have plenty of carts in each elevator lobby, and each elevator lobby is secured, so you have to have a code to get into the elevator or access the storage units. The management staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and they even provide complimentary cold bottled water to keep you hydrated as you move your belongings in/out. I had previously rented a 5x10 and 10x10 unit elsewhere in the area, and I am paying less per month here for a 10x20. They told me that rates would remain as-is as long as the entire building still had available capacity. That really made me think hard about giving Proguard an honest review. ;-)

Wow! Secured, clean, staff very helpful... Easy to manuvear about using their extra large carts, and the elevator makes the trips to and from your vehicle stress free, no matter what floor you decide to rent. They lived up to the special deal of one month free.

I have been storing my belongings here a few months and could not recommend Proguard more! Incredible service and well-designed clean facility. The managers helped me and were very kind throughout the whole process. Its a huge plus that the lobby is much nicer than you would ever expect at a storage facility (looks like a hotel lobby) and the hallways are very well-lit and clean. Their carts really help the move in process too and I feel safe here with their heavy duty locks. Thanks Proguard!
