Through the summer heat and rain, and the first snows of the season, all of the furniture was in the exact same condition I left it. Everyone was polite and in less then 30 minutes I had my storage price was reasonable Excelente service this was yesterday, today and I am filling my storage space.

Today is my second day with SecurCare. I can speak about the onboarding process and my storage unit. The signup was smooth and modern using my smartphone for all communications including e-signing the lease agreement and receipt of all supporting documents. The unit itself was very clean and easy to access. I am very pleased with this experience.

However, the recent decision of RightSpace management to force ,what I consider, overpriced insurance on customers during these tough economic times doesn't sit well with me .My apartment insurance, which covers a lot more ,is only $10. Per month . By the way ,I've been renting my unit for approximately 20 years now .

I rent a 10x10 unit off of 78th Ave and Hwy 99. I’ve rented with them for almost two years and store holiday decorations as well as some furniture that I’m not using right now. Since renting it has come under new management and she is very pleasant to speak with. Her name is Cyndi and she’s done so much work to clean up the facility. The office is definitely more organized and I look forward to continuing to rent with them.

I had a unit there for a year and a half. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. There were a couple times i had issues with making the monthly rent payment and the staff was very helpful and understanding. When I vacated my unit, the property manager, Cynthia, made surrendering my unit easy. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others. All the staff do their best to take care of their customers.

Because there units aren't sealed from the rest of the others, I have rats going through my crap and ruining stuff and there's nothing I have to draw them there. I use my unit a lot, so im back and forth. But they can go easily through the gaps of the walls and across the open tops of the units. I even switch units and I still have a rat problem even when I got into another building that they have.

Indoor lighting is bright in the hallway and each individual unit. Parking for storage of vehicles/trailers, etc. allows ample space for maneuvering. High and dry with good drainage. Built to last (unlike me)!! Update Dec 3, 2024: I have reduced my pile of 30+ year old relics and downsized my unit to two smaller sizes. Stacey was instrumental in notifying me when those units became available right across the hall. My account was updated in a matter of minutes resulting in a seamless transaction. Many thanks to Stacey for facilitating the smoothest storage relocation ever.

Lynn was kind and helpful with answering my many questions, enabling a smoother move. The Quarryville location was also affordable. Only negative was we didn’t bring our own lock and had to buy one there, which was more expensive than the same kind of lock from a hardware store.

I've had many storage units in my years of moving but this place has been the best. No flooding, no people trying to break in, no rodent infestations - no issues at all. Ms. Cathy is always out cleaning the property, checking units, and making sure things are running smoothly. She is a gem! I highly recommend this place if you need a month, 6 months, or longer.

Cape Haze Florida. We find this a very clean and tidy facility. Coded entry system is easy to use and secure. Manager Patti is great to work with and always helpful. Moving into san francisco from southern california comes with lots of stress especially as i attend school, and with stress as well comes unnecessary clothes and items from back home. although i did not buy a unit the staff (nate i believe) seemed to be extremely approachable and knowledgeable of the space and rates. Therefore the customer service with the general manager overall was a very humble experience for me and they were there when I needed them the most I'm just coming out of homelessness, so I want to thank the general manager as well for working with me it was a bit pricy in the end because of late fee's that I let increase but it was worth it, It was also clean and free of any debris and I also left it that way as well, when I moved out, I have no complaint's I'm very Greatful.
