SecurCare Self Storage Facility at 8311 S Western Ave in Oklahoma City

I’m so grateful for the people here! Everyone I have come in contact with has been so kind and helpful. I opened this storage mid 2023. While moving in my mother fell. She was taken to the hospital and my son accompanied her in the firetruck. I was left with just the Uhaul. I was worried about driving it to the hospital. The two gentleman working drove me to my home so I could get my car and allowed me to leave the uhaul at the storage unit. They really went above and beyond and helped in a stressful time. This past year I have struggled and they have been more than understanding and flexible. I absolutely recommend them and trust them.

JULY, 11, 2024. My first experience with SecureCare Self Storage was great! I was told over the phone when I made the reservation that my 5x5 rental would cost $64 to start (which included insurance along with a first time small fee), but when I got to the storage place, I was told that they were waiving the first time fee, so I only had to pay $35 which was a great surprise, and a Hhelp to my budget. Every little bit saved, sure does help! My next payment will only be $34 each month, from here on after. I filled out a very short information page and everything was an absolute breeze, and I was out of there! The lady on the phone, Mia, (and I am sorry if I got the name wrong), and Jason at the storage place, itself, were very kind and helpful! It was so nice and refreshing, to deal with Secure Care Self Storage, and I wound recommend all my friends and family to do business here! I've had a storage unit at the s western location for a couple of years. I've never had a problem with any of my stuff getting wet, damaged or any presence of pests. The manager on site is very helpful and answered any questions I might have had. I can't reccomend them enough for your storage needs.

I’ve been with SecurCare since 2014. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Jason, the current manager, is always great at answering my questions. My stored items are safe and secure. They have helped me out many times. I couldn’t imagine a better place to store the things that matter to me.

This is a great storage facility. The place is kept exceptionally clean and orderly. It is very quiet, well run and secure. Jason, one of the managers there, has gone out of his way to help me.

SecurCare is a great option for large and small businesses! They provide that flex storage space we all need. I’ve rented from other companies and security was always an issue, not here! With staff that lives on site, I’ve never had an issue with break ins. Regarding the staff, always professional, courteous, and above all friendly and informative of promotions or rate changes! I’ve used many different different companies for storage, and have stopped if SecurCare has a locate near by! A big thank you to all the staff I’ve worked with, you all are what keeps me coming back! Been with you-all for about 4 yrs.this guy that's running things now is on the ball, there when I come to pay, keeps it clean, and puts up with my jokes !!! I'd say he's a keeper!!!

The guy over the storage units is really good at always saying hello and being courteous with a smile. He always knows me by name. I think his name is Jason. He keeps the facility clean. He is always picking up trash while riding his golf cart around the storage units.

Ooommmmggggggg!!! I absolutely love this place!!!! Lolol lol seriously like EVERYONE I come into contact with are so professional and so reasonable and very understanding. This is my first time renting a storage a d I am so so glad I picked the right place affordable prices and very respectful people I have belongings I never want to loose or get unwanted access to and secure self storage will and have made me feel very self secured and reassured. I can go on and on about this place and the wonderful people!!!... Thank you so so soooo much self secure. I am beyind happy to be apart of the secure family team. This place is well lit safe my belongings are safe and that makes me happy!

I walked in and Jason greeted me and was very friendly and helpful.. he made the experience easy going and felt at ease leaving my personal belongings there and the feeling that they were going to be safe... definitely will refer to friends and family.

Jason was so good to me and my husband. I kept having issues while I was transferring to a smaller unit but he never once made me feel like I was being difficult or bothering him. Kept having to call with questions and he answered promptly without sounding annoyed. He was nothing but kind and I would recommend this location to anyone.

The facility was clean and organized. The manager was very polite and respectful.

Online move in was easy peasy, process was user-friendly! Rented a 10x15 in Climate Control and very pleased, it is nice and bright and so convenient!

Great friendly helpful staff clean fence

The lady was very nice and impressed on us putting a trailer in the locker we got. The maintenance man was really nice and helped us get the U-Haul unloaded while it was raining since I was not able to help my husband to unload it.

Evonne was nice and a good example on customer service the way it should be.

My stuff is stored there, haven't had any problems yet. Climate controlled unit 👍

Very friendly customer service. Never have a problem trying to reach anyone. It clean place to leave your valuables. And I feel safe leaving my valuable under there care.

Great place to work!

We sold our home so we put everything into storage. It is very easy to rent a storage unit. It can be done online or in the office. They have big units as well as small units. We got a big unit. They are lighted and well insulated. It was 100 degrees outside. We were surprised at how cool it was despite the weather. The access to the units is obtained with a gate code.

Got the room an unloaded my trailer. The room was just right. The service was good

Everything nice

The staff at SecurCare Storage are great. I payed for a 5x10, and when it came time to start putting our belongings in it, I found out it wasn't big enough, so instead of saying it was my fault and having to live with the mistake, they just moved me over to a larger unit. I would recommend SecurCare Storage to everyone that ask me about them.

Great! The storage manager inside at the Desk was very nice & even gave me a free lock! It was fast & easy. Way better than public storage!

The guy on the phone helped alot. First ever storage unit i have had and they made sure to help me with how to get it but also had locks available at their desk. Manager at that location too was cool she helped me with some dumb first timer questions I had

Nice and clean 👌but the price is outrageous. I,ve rented a small storage since 2017 and they hiked the rent 4 times. Smh!!

Everything went Well, very thorough. It would be a good idea to put a phone number or address on the card that the unit # is on. I’m not from Oklahoma and had to re-trace My steps to find the facility again.

The one on Rock Creek and 12th Ave in Norman is great. They are very polite and sincere. I never had a bad experience there. I would recommend this storage company to all my friends.

Great place to store, the manager is SO NICE! Hes been super helpful and accommodating. Clean units and a variety of unit types to choose from. I would give it the 5th star but the people at the 800# are almost always rude and unhelpful. If I could rate the call center it would be 2 stars, luckily you don't have to deal with them really at all. JUST GO INTO THE LOCATION YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED. :)
