I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AMAZING WOMAN WHO NEVER STOPS SURPRISING ME. This location is by far my favorite. If it says anything, we live in Yukon and use this location because of the kindness and everything else like the little things for example My husband was sitting outside the gate trying to find the gate code 1day completely worn out from working all day and could not find it to save his life. Then just that moment, the gate began to open for him. He was obviously recognized by the staff and let in when they saw him having such a hard time. That’s the customer service I love! Thanks so much … another note, I need to talk to u about the manager at another location so if u clan call me or text me would be best, ITS VERY IMPORTANT! Thanks again

I correctly have a storage to here and I like that fact it's close to my home and the price is ok I got it on sale at first but then the price went up and the insurance but still very convenient for me. And the people where very nice and helpful everytime I have ever had to deal with them over the phone or In person over all a good place to rent a storage from and one of the only storage place I know that will let u use the dumpster and I really like that.

The process was easy, no in-person contact. Customer service was great, and helpful. First month free is always a plus! Storage area clean upon arrival, no sign a pest (let’s pray it stays that way)!!! Also, I like the hours of access 6am-10pm. ALSO, I will be monitoring MY UNIT FOR THEFT. Sadly, locks get cut and belongings become STOLEN. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR LOCKS no matter where you choose to rent storage!

Good people always there open on weekends answer whenever time always someone there and to answer the phone what more do u want I hate calling just to talk to a machine but not there very good storage units and definitely worth the money 👍 if I could give it a 10 star I would have me a good rate and talked to a person easy process way better than uhaul and public storage

I would like to introduce my self. My name is Lisa and I am the new property Manager for this storage facility. The Vault is know known as Scottys Vault. The company I work for purchased the property last month and we are working very hard to get it cleaned up. New fencing and a new security system has been installed with over 20 cameras that cover the entire property. We walk the property late at night often. The gate has also been repaired and no one accesses the property without a code or after hours. From previous reviews I can assure the dumpster issues have also been addressed and are emptied twice weekly. All units must have a lock on them, even if empty. I assure you there is no one living in any of these units or out of their cars on this property. We also do pest control. If you need assistance after hours I have no problem assisting you. Please come check us out. We are a Drama free Facility.

New management is great friendly and helpful. Answered all questions that I had and also have great deals going on. If you need a unit go see Lisa she will help you anyway she can. Place is clean and security on site so no worries on missing goods.
