Great service super nice and informative I made the right choice!

I have rented the attached office building next-door to the rental office for the past nearly 7 years. The property has always been maintained. The current manager, Rebecca worked for the previous company and now this most current one. I have always found her to be polite and professional. I do know that she gets some less than desirable folks in sometimes that do not like to follow the rules that she is required by her company to enforce. I have heard people getting nasty with her before and walked next-door to check on things. I am not sure what the other few negative reviews are about but if the things I have mentioned were not true I would not have stayed as long as I have.

It was a little rough doing the signing of the rental contract using the on-line process that they have in place, probably best to just go in person and sign the rental documents. Other than the issues with getting the contract signed, the follow up and communication were exceptional. I decided to rent a unit and less than an hour later I was moving in. I recommend iStorage Self Storage.

The service was incredible. I applied online and received a call within the hour confirming my needs and the pricing. When I arrived at the facility I was taken around and shown my options. The facility was super clean and secure. The facility is across the street from Navistar, very convenient for my move from Springfield to Urbana. I can access my unit 24 hours a day. My only (and very small) complaint is that I wish there was lighting in the unit. But I got a very good price so beggars can't be choosers. :)
