We rented a 10 x 25 unit from November 2021 - January 2024 and had a fantastic experience with this SecurCare location on Beryl Rd. We had very few things we needed to speak to the manager about but when we did contact Toni, they were so easy to work with and were able to answer all of our questions. The facility itself was always neat and clean and easy to get in and out of. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with SecurCare from beginning to end. Toni, the manager, was always helpful whether I was going into the office to purchase shipping boxes or closing my account there. They did raise the rent about $15 on my 5x10 unit during my time storing there, but it was justified based on the other comparable units in Raleigh!

Just a little appreciation post for this SecurCare location and their manager, Toni! Generally, it is enough to have somewhere to keep my belongings (that don’t need to move in and out of college apartments with me all the time) that is safe, but also easy for me to access when I need to do so. The team members that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have always been lovely, but Toni went above and beyond for me today in terms of effort and problem-solving (and it was a strange problem to solve…) A few weeks ago my car was stolen by means of breaking the back window and then busting my ignition to hot-wire it. The car was ditched, but first they cleaned it out. I do not mean that they shampooed the carpets and wiped the dash with Armorall, I mean they took absolutely everything— including the vague tiny keys that go to the ubiquitous Masterlock that secures a storage unit located 3 hours away from the city where they pirate Hyundai Elantras… Anyway, I approached Toni today, completely confused about what to do and desperate for help. I use my unit to store things that I frequently need to trade in/out of my library and wardrobe and I usually just use my code for the gate and my own keys to get what I need and I never have to bother anyone, but today I had to bother someone. Instead of making me feel like an idiot or a criminal, Toni was as friendly and reassuring as could be. Before granting me access to my unit, they thoroughly verified that I was who I said I was, which I appreciated very much, because nothing feels safe to me at the moment (and if I were not me, then they would be letting me steal from me, ya know? There’s logic there, I swear.) It was the only thorough, yet painless process I have been granted so far in the continued struggle to regain the bare minimum of objects of importance that once belonged to me. Apologies for the lengthy comment but I wanted to emphasize the satisfaction I’ve had as patron of this business for a long time, where I mostly stand back and trust them to keep my treasures shielded and undamaged (still easy for me to access when I need to!) As shown today, when I needed additional assistance, Toni exhibited professionalism, proficiency, and genuine kindness and care for my situation as well as for her business and the safety of the other tenants. My endorsement is on the basis of a continued excellent overall experience but gratefulness finally nudged me to put it in writing.

John was very helpful. Made the experience easy and efficient.

We needed to rent a space to store a vehicle for when we visit NC. When we arrived we were met by Jon who made the the initial visit smooth as butter. Found out that the vehicle would fit the unit however the spare tire needed to be removed. Jon was able to help us out with some extra tools that I did not have with me. He turned our problem into no big deal and we were in our way to Wisconsin. Thanks Jon!!!

It was a good experience. Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues with the unit it was gonna take about a week to start repairs. With the value of my items it was also a safety issue.

I have rented at a few storage facilities over the years and SecureCare on Beryl is easily the best experience to date. Property manager Michelle is always friendly, professional, knowledgable and most importantly, responsive. Every time I've called or emailed the office, she has responded within hours. Whether the question is about renting a unit, a monthly invoice or insurance coverage, she immediately starts working on a solution. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days -- highly recommend the Beryl Road location for storage needs.

Can I give them 10 stars? Please? I have been using this business for several years. Always good people. Friendly. Professional. Easy to work with. Michelle is especially awesome ! I highly recommend. Easy access. No contact easy easy.

Great communication and smooth transition

It seems to have nice gate access with no contact entry. I don't use this place myself. I was just helping a friend. But it seemed a good place for temporary storage.

I was impressed with the service. I broke the lock to my storage unit one night and called the next morning about it. Michelle, the Property Manager, put a new lock on my unit to secure it while I was away on a business trip. It is hard to find a better person and place to entrust your property to.

I needed a small unit for a few months and this place was perfect. The main thing I liked was how the facility was managed--the onsite manager was always very personable, responsive, and on top of things. I will definitely rent from this facility again in the future when needed.

The new manager has done a great job of improving the facility and is more than willing to find solutions to issues that may come up.

The whole process was pretty simple and easy. Our unit was labeled well and clean. The gate to get in and out worked well.

Rented here for two months with no problem. I don't know how the price compares to other storage places, as I didn't really shop around because I chose this place for the location, which was very convenient for me, but I paid about $100 for 2 months for a 5x10, with special for first month free, after fees, etc., which was fine with me. I really like how they do month-to-month leasing. I moved out a few days before my rent was due and then just called to cancel.
