Finally a manger to actually cares for the property and clients. Its has to be a big task to stay on top of but Carla is on it. Prices are good for location and security with cameras. No complaints here. Been using this location for 4 years now. Please dont put any food in the units.

When we relocated to Indianapolis 10 years ago, we rented a storage locker from what is now SecurCare. Over these years there have been many different managers I have interacted with. This month, I needed to rent a smaller unit and vacate my original unit. The current Manager, Carla, has been extremely helpful in making this change. She is knowledgeable, competent and kind. Could not ask for anything more. The facility is clean and safe and well kept. I recommend the SecurCare in Beech Grove with no reservations.

I was called to do a storage clean out at this property by Carla. One of her tenants left behind a lot of trash that needed to be removed. She was very polite, timely, and easy to work with. I also enjoyed how she knew her customer base by name.

I had the best experience at SecureCare! I started with a medium sized unit, but I ended up needing a second one after hours. I phone the after hours number and they had some challenges with my setup, but told me to go ahead and secure the new unit and they’d alert on site management. I followed up right away and they had not, but I caught the management team before they did their rounds. They actually worked with me to combine the two units into one larger that had become available. Carla was so communicative and helpful with the process. She made all of the rates clear and talked me through the process when I got my own rental insurance. I rarely experience customer service at this level. We bought a home and no longer need a storage facility, but if I ever need one and Carla and her crew are still working with SecureCare - I’ll be back!

Like most storage places. Ok for what you need. I did not store any food but still had issues with mice in my unit. Unit went from $60 to $93 after a few months. I was never alerted. I was on autopay so I did not notice for a few months. After about 6 months a friend called and was quoted $60 for the same size unit. I called back to ask why I was still being charged $93. They told me to call the local manager. However, he had quit and no one through the 800 number would help me.

I thought I was locked in. Their new gate system is pretty cool as far as the way it operates, but the electric eye or whatever is used to open the gate on the way out, needs some work. Thought I was going to be stuck there overnight.

The person in the office was Donald. He showed us the unit to see if it was what we needed and explained everything about entering and leaving the gate. Very person friendly. I would recommend this storage facility to others. Very clean also.

Nice a place to store your belongings

Super helpful staff and good, clean units. The price for these units are also very good. The only thing I’ve noticed is the trailers, motorhomes, etc along the fence of the property making turns extremely tight with box trucks and such. Overall great experience though.

I walked in looked at the storage bins told the young lady which one. I got the first month free. She had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. The grounds and office are well maintained.

I've had a storage bin for a year and I had no problems but I was never late with payment either

Fairly priced but the kiosk supposedly has been getting repaired for months and you never know if the office is open or not because they randomly put a note on the door saying they are or will be closed on days they are normally open.

Great place to store items in and out there is out side parking

Used this place for a former employer. The staff is personable and friendly. The only downside is that they don't have props on any of the doors.
