We stored household items at SecurCare for a few months while we moved into our new house and were settling in. The storage is easy to access, and the location is handy. The staff is super helpful and the site maintained beautifully. Chris was so nice to deal with during a stressful time.

Your rent can be increased at anytime. Issues with rats droppings in my locker

I’ve had an account with this place for about the past two years. Have had a range personal issues that put me in very awkward and more often than not, tough situations. Literally every single time I’ve asked for help, they’ve lent a TREMENDOUS hand. I’ve only worked with Chris Sommers (the Property Manager) and another kind gentleman— but Chris has hands down been the lighthouse of this location. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, communicative, patient (!!), and highly proficient in his position. His people skills are stellar. After my experience here, I wouldn’t recommend any location in Savannah to anyone else. 5 stars! 😊 PS: get a unit bigger than you think you’ll need… don’t be like me, ha.

I have used this facility twice. Amazing customer experience! Chris, the property manager is great. He’s easy to get a hold of for questions and returns calls quickly. The units are in great shape. I’ve used climate controlled both times. Pro Tip: If you plan on storing your entire home furniture, go with the 10x30 unit. The 10x20 will work but it will be extremely tight. Overall, I am a huge fan of this facility!

He’s a great manager I remember him when I first rented a storage in 2018. I’m renting one again in 2022 he still has a great personality as usual

Clean and the office guy is really nice and you can pay whatever you need. I pay for 3 months.

Secure area, though difficult to access. Prices go up every year. They have inconsistent practices for missed payments. Sometimes disabling your gate code, which is reversed shortly after payment, other times overlocking your unit, which can only be undone during business hours. Overall, not a bad place for storing.

Everyone from the national customer service person to the employee at the storage unit has been great so far. Both were very courteous and efficient. Reserving the unit and securing the unit were fairly easy. I has a little trouble with signing the lease online but I figured it out. The only reason I am not giving my experience 5 stars is that I thought the pricing was deceptive. When I reserved the unit, I did not realize that the price shown was a promotional rate that would increase after 3 months. Besides that I had a fairly positive experience so far.

Very helpful! Friendly and welcoming showing me around the storage facility. Started an account in about 15 minutes.

The rental process was easy and pain free. I have now meet both members of the staff. Both are extremely nice and easy to work with. I recommend this location for all your storage needs.

This is a pretty safe self storage building located in a nice and quiet area. It is well lit at night and easily accessible anytime. You'll have no complaints doing business here.

It's the best deal around the area that I found. Holding my spot online I went in the next day to pay. 7'x10' non air-conditioning is first month free (still paying about $44 including lock). The second month will only be $59 which is still a dollar less than another place for a 5'x5' unit! And customer service is thorough and extremely accommodating while pleasant. I like the layout as well. My son and I walk around after unloading.

So far, it has been fantastic! They work with you, they call you and let you know when you're late and if you have a valid excuse sometimes they will help you by removing a late fee. They will lock you out if you don't communicate with them, but otherwise,if you keep them informed, they will treat you wonderfully! Of course my review is subject to change when I eventually move my things out, but as of right now, I haven't had any bit of a problem and I don't see that changing.

They have really cheap rates here. And the staff is great. Chris has helped me and my business needs for several years. What's not to like!!

Great place close to the house

I had a unit here for about a year and a half and never once had an issue. The staff is friendly and units are very clean. I had a climate controlled unit but I never saw bugs or the like in my unit. Their prices were reasonable in my opinion and they give you several days grace period to pay your rent. I always forgot to pay on the day but paid a day or two later and never had to deal with late fees or fines.

My dad had an aneurysm, which was certain death, we were stranded out of town, and Berwick let us pay what we could as long as we stayed in touch. I didn't lose my stuff, which had my degree and honor chords. These items are irreplaceable for me. Words can never express my gratitude. Thank you Berwick Self Storage for actually caring!
