I have been a customer here for many years. I honestly am only giving five stars because of the management, Paul. I would like to say, though that the phone system is ridiculous. It’s too hard to be able to speak to the manager. You have to go through somebody and then you have to wait and you have to explain and it’s ridiculous if I need to speak to the manager on site where I have my items and are renting a unit, the phone system needs to be replaced. Other than the phone system being replaced like I said, I have been a customer many years and they have the best customer service out of anybody! I truly just find it ridiculous how I can’t call the office ever and it can’t be a convenient call. You have to go through so much hoops.

Access hours so much better than literally everywhere else.. light in (large) unit, honey bucket onsite is a relief! Units stay cool, gravel rather than pavement makes sense now! Super chill staff, onsite security.. 👍
