I reserved my unit online, which was completely a seamless experience. When I got there the next day the storage unit was clean and ready to go. April had even left welcome paperwork in there. This was a better experience than a few years ago in another SecureCare location.

The employees made me feel at ease when I was already in a panic having been in the excruciating heat all day trying to find a place to store my family’s belongings safely. My friend and I only rented a unit about 10 days ago, and I get a call from the manager telling me she did a walk through and noticed there wasn't a lock on it and I was flabbergasted as I had watched my friend put a brand new lock on it, I told her I couldn't get out there until today and was really stressed about it and "CeeCee" said not to worry she would put one of their used locks on it, today she was so helpful showing me how to put the lock on properly, telling me anytime I need help she's happy to help me, I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism

Awesome been doing business with them for 3 years going on for never had a problem they give you plenty of time to pay great customer service they even give you a friendly call to remind you that your bill is due only issue I really had was with rats getting in the unit but if you ask them they will put rat poison in your unit for you
The manager( CC) at secure storage on 108 gilmer road in Longview Texas is always there to help you she is a great person and very courteous and always very professional!! The manager CC is a main reason why I am still there because of her professional attitude but I wish that the corporate office would consider lowering the prices I have been there for about 4 years and the price goes up every year I really don't understand this and there are many potholes in this area that need to be fixed and the gate that is there needs to be replaced sometime it works efficiently and sometimes it does not

Both of the managers were great there the time I was there - I was there for a rental for 4 years. They were always friendly, professional and helpful when I had any issues at all. I would rent from them again in the future at this location. I liked the hours and the ease of getting in and out.

Her on-time rent reminder helped us stay current. CeCe's pleasing personality made this first time rental one of the best experiences for us.

Through my disaster I needed a place to store all my belongings due to a smoke disaster , with a phone call away they were there to help me rent my storage I was able to move all of my stuff in there with no problem it was only a 20 minute processed I love the way their system worked it was a weekend and after hours with that phone call away they made a way for me, I give them 5-stars.
