I just took a tour with Buffy and she answered all our questions and was very accommodating to our questions.

My review is for Buffy, the on-site Momma. I've had several store rooms here for many years. She has been wonderful to deal with and has become a friend to me. She recently went out of her way to let me know that my new unit was not locked properly. I met her onsite and she promptly solved the problem. I GREATLY appreciate that she was watching out for me! She is an OUTSTANDING employee and should be rewarded for that!

I had called for a unit about one and one-half months ago. There were no units available at that time. I was very impressed when I received a phone call from Beverley as soon as one was available. She met with me and rented a unit in very pleasant and professional way. THANKS!!

I just wish it had a different exit gate but that's literally the only downside other than I wish the entrance/exit wasn't so rough on my tires

Staff was very helpful and polite. We were able to get a unit quick! They also made sure it was cleaned and taken care of before we put the furniture in!

They are extremely helpful and have the best customer service. One of their employees Buffy helped me and went the extra mile to make sure I had an storage building even when she was out. There was an major mess up that wasn’t even their fault but she picked up the pieces and put them together to help me out. I cannot thank her enough and for the patience she had.

Not bad unit pricing, wish their access hours were later but no other complaints.

Haven't had any problems. They keep it gated. The quarters are very tight, so if you have a truck, watch the turns.
