The Facility Manager, is kind, and has a outstanding personality. Past Facility managers were rude, and noisy.

Everything moved smoothly....LOL.....only thing that seems be out of place is the hole in the fence close to my storage......great size on the storage.

Robert and Krista are a great help. They answer all my questions immediately. They know their units' capacity, which is a big help. There are products readily available to purchase, like the mattress covers. They are personable and approachable. I highly recommend working with Robert or Krista.

The Manager is wonderful had no problems with her..but apparently..the company has no concern that the property is by no means secure. False advertisement and manager is not at fault its out of her control..if you advertise security then make sure its secure.

Dana went above and beyond to make sure our storage needs were met, we had rented a unit that was to small, she showed us another unit that met them and redid our contract, she was so pleasant and very professional

Never had any problems in the 4 years I've had a storage unit here. Although, the out-of-state customer service call center is an absolute joke.
