Rented a storage space online. Traveled 2 hours the next day to secure storage unit and move items into storage. The Computer system locked up some how and did not take my reservation. Rene, the manager from the Alcoa storage facility figure out the problem while covering for a coworker at the Friendsville facility. The storage units are maintained nicely. Renee gave a list of recent improvements, one being the rooftop being redone. So far so good! Haven't been attacked by an army of skeletons. Nina at sign up is delightful. My unit is in order and doesn't appear to be subject to future issues like I've heard some folks have had elsewhere.

I have used this facility several times now and I cannot recommend it enough! The manager, Nina, has always been available when I need help or clarification, my items have been safe at all times, and they are very accommodating to any requests you may have. I had an emergency sort of storage situation when my other planned and reserved unit fell through. The ladies here at metro store helped me find the RIGHT unit and got me checked in in about an hour. This is amazing because I actually needed a unit across town and had to drive between two locations. They were just so nice and fast. Probably the best storage unit experience I’ve had.

This is a secure facility and not a lot of people moving in and out. The majority seem to be long term tenants or businesses that rent space. The ladies in the office have always been extremely helpful.

Great management! Great security! Wide choice of sizes from 5 ft closet sizes to 30 ft garage sizes.

They are always so accommodating and the prices are good. I keep my truck parked here for my monthly visits. Much cheaper than renting a car. Forget the taxis from the airport. They refuse to take you. Uber and Lyft!! I feel very secure leaving my vehicle parked here. Never an issue in 2 years.
