It was a very easy-going experience she showed me all the storages and even gave me half off my first month if looking for a storage will definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10

Spoke with Josh to sign up for my storage unit. He was super professional and super nice. They help me move my date to a date that was easy for me to pay on and he assisted me with all of the necessary stuff that I needed to know about the storage unit, we were there for three months and it was the most convenient wonderful place to store stuff at secure, clean all the stuff that you would want to see at a storage unit. They have flat carts that you can move your stuff in and out very easily. The place closes at 10 PM so after 10 PM you can’t put your stuff in there or take any stuff out. That was OK and after finding that out, we knew what hours we could move our stuff in and out. Spoke with Stacy who checked me out today as far as ending my term with storing my stuff there she was awesome and amazing and took me off of auto pay. My experience at this place is five stars because it is the nicest place I have ever stored anything at super convenient. Super friendly, great staff. Thank you so much.

Great place with great people working in the office! A feeling of security while I’m there by myself as a woman-I like that you have to enter your code to use the elevator and can only access the floor your storage unit is located on!!

Wonderful facility. Very clean and well maintained. Felt very safe even when going by myself. Easy to get in and out with my items. Staff were very helpful in person or by phone. Highly recommended!

À nice clean place to store our stuff.

NW storage worked with me when I managed to fill out paperwork incorrectly AND delay putting a lock on my unit. This business will work with you. They helped me out when I needed it. My unit is easy to get to, the elevators are large, smooth, and easy to use, my storage unit is the perfect temperature, and Josh put in extra time and work to help me get set up with what I needed (for a super deal).

Beside the good location, what makes this location work is Josh and Stacy, they are so helpful, pleasant, friendly and absolutely make sure you are comfortable with the facility, Explain it all thoroughly and are patient with questions or issues you may have. Plus!! this has to be the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. You will not be sorry or worry about your belongings when they are stored here!! :)

The application process was easy. On my first day, I went in to the office and everyone was very supportive. Great communications through the process. I was given a guided tour of the facilities which helped immensely. I have been moving items in over the last several weeks. The carts that they have are a lifesaver and the elevators are easy to operate. The place feels very secure. This is my 3rd storage rental in Oregon and the experience here has been the best by far. For me, the security and communications is 100% worth the longer drive to this location vs other facilities I have rented from in the past.

The best place to rent!!! The location is always clean and tidy, and I love the covered parking, so you don't have to unload in the rain! Josh is awesome, very professional and incredibly helpful.

It was super easy to rent a unit here, Noreen the manager was really helpful when we came to the facility the first time, showed us the location of our unit and how to access. The place is very clean and well kept.

Always friendly and helpful

Our use of storage at this facility was totally awesome. The building is new, very clean, and easy to move in and out with their handy carts. The climate control feature was good for our more delicate items. The Manager, Noreen, was outstanding, very friendly, and completely professional. She worked with us as we down-sized our storage needs throughout the year. We highly recommend using NWSS in Clackamas / Happy Valley for your storage needs.

I love the fact it's brand new! The units are clean inside and out. I feel safe keeping my belongings there's with all the security they have with cameras and keypads to get to the units. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this storage facility!
