I had been having an issue for over a month and wasn’t getting it resolved. I spoke with Lori and she had me stop by the store and took care of it within five minutes. You need more people like her that really care about the Customer and not making them resubmit the same thing multiple times and not accepting it because you did not put something In the subject line because nobody told you that you had to, or some other stupid minor detail. I was very happy and it was no trouble stopping by the storage place, issue is finally resolved.

Today was my first time renting a storage unit and the experience was very good thanks to the person who helped me, she was very kind and professional.

Well when I went in to rent the storage unit the lady was awesome. She was very accommodating because the call center had mine all messed up and she was there to save the day !!! Lol and boy was she. She went over hours and over and beyond duty in my opinion.

Susan has always been extremely helpful at secure care storage. She does a wonderful job of letting me know when I have deliveries made so I can make sure they get into my unit properly. Very kind and always happy to help me if needed.

She always calls and texts me let's me know when the bill is due before its due or if the is any changes.

So far, it's been great. It was an easy sign up, all on line. I talked to Susie, the young woman behind the desk to get the instructions of how to open the gate and to prove that I had a US ID. She was a lovely woman, very gracious. I brought cookies and she promised to share some with her grandchild. The unit was smaller than what I had in my mind, but then, I am a horrible judge of size. Still, it will do. It will do fine. I am downsizing and plan to donate or sell a lot of my stuff, I just needed to store the important things. The lot seemed clean and well kept, the gate opened without a groan, and everyone there seemed quite satisfied with the place. I recommend the SecureCare at 6308 S Mingo Rd, if you're looking for a place to squirrel away a few things or even a lot of things.

When the associate from 63rd and Mingo was gone, an associate from a sister location very willingly helped me out. It was awesome!

The site manager, Nina is amazing! Through the past 24+ months renting from this location, I remember several occasions where she went above and beyond to take care of me, and took the time to remember my name and details, making every phone call or office visit smoother than it had to be. Just now, I called her to close out my account (because I'm moving out of town), and she had already taken care of it for me! I'm going to miss her, despite us only having had a handful of interactions. Nina, you're the best!

this location was closed on a tuesday and i needed to move my stuff asap. sheri drove to my location at 68th and mingo from another store bc i was having trouble getting into my unit and moved me to another unit. she was so incredibly nice and helpful i was having a bad experience until she came and helped.

one of the best storage room providers i have ever done business with. Toni the office lady is very helpful, kind, and has a warm welcoming way that makes a customer feel valued and appreciated for their business. anytime i have had a problem she is quick to help me find answers or resolve the issue at hand. i also notice the pavement doesn't have things sitting around to get you flat tires when you drive thru. it always seems so clean around the storage areas. i am a satisfied customer for sure

This is a great location. Kristen was terrific in going through the options setting up my rental. She later helped me setup the online payment option. That was easy to do and I don't have to drop by to pay. This is a very friendly place.
