Kayla (I hope I got that name right) was so sweet and helpful to us in a very hard time in our lives. Truly caring and the facility here is very nice as well.

Kayla is AMAZING! She took me around and showed me some different sized units to help me figure out what I will need space wise. The paperwork process was quick and easy. I highly recommend them.

I wasn't able to get the size storage I needed but the Rep was so nice and helpful that decided to take the smaller one and move to a larger one later if I needed to. This is my 2nd unit and at both locations my experience has been great. I will recommend SecureStorage to anyone needing clean, safe storage .

This place is great, plus they'll work with you, and they are very understanding of our situation.

The people that work there are always nice and very helpful! The storage unit is pretty big and at a great price! I believe it was Sherry who helped me whenever we were needing to close out our account! She did a really good job and is always super sweet!

First off I just wanna say that the energy at this place is so welcoming they made it a point to go out their way to take care of me and make sure that I had everything that I needed I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here highly recommend

Storage facility is clean professional and fairly priced I have to give a kudos to the manager Sharon McAllister, she is phenomenal!! I appreciate all her hard work and our efforts to keep us being customers there. Sharon definitely knows her job, is very professional, yet also very human it is very hard in this day and age to find people who enjoy doing their jobs and do it well we appreciate her very much she's the reason we are still with the facility

Great service, great prices

Service was great. It would be nice to have multiple units on one lease .. and maybe a discount. But the service and cleanliness is outstanding

We have had a 10 x 15 storage unit at 201 N. Sooner Rd for a few months and now we needed another unit. I went in and talked to Sharon about the 5 x 5 unit that I reserved/rented online and that I needed to get a bigger size instead and if she could help me. She was able to speak to the supervisor/manager Mike and he was able to give me a refund for the small unit that I had reserved at a different location and they were able to get me the unit that I needed. Then I was having trouble closing the unit because it hasn't been used for a while. Mike came right to the unit and fixed both wheels and now it's working again! Thank you Mike and Sharon for helping me get a unit and for fixing the unit right away. So far it has been great renting a unit at this location.

I was in need of a storage unit and my first stop was SecurCare self storage. I met Ms Sharon (a beautiful queen). She didn’t have a unit big enough for me, so she made a call to a brother location and found a size I needed. I was told to ask for Steven ( wonderful soul). He helped me out with everything I needed, they both made me feel like a person other than a customer. I highly highly recommend this company. Grounds were clean and secure. Best choice made. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Quick and Professional

Not sure about price wise. But im sure it's comparable. Clean place. No issues, (I would recommend)

The manager there, Steve is an all-around great guy, tries to take care of you and accommodate your needs. He's always willing to work with you if you fall behind. The place is always clean , and well-lit at night. My only complaint is with the place is when it rains hard it floods under Doors, had a couple boxes I had to go through and throw away. I recommend totes instead of boxes okay.

The lot is always clean. During this pandemic, being unable to work I got behind on my unit and they worked with me so I didn't default and lose the unit and all my stuff. The only complaint I have is the hours of the lot itself. They close @ 10pm. They even have an employee who lives on site so I don't understand why they close.
