I have two units here. The staff are very easy to work with. I do not recall the staff members name working the desk, but she was incredibly friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. I had an issue with my first unit and was immediately accomodated to another. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

We have rented a large unit in climate control building at this location for several years. Easy in and out, well lit and helpful staff.

I rented two storage units from SecurCare due to a move. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, safe and secure and easy to access. I highly recommend SecurCare if you are in need of a storage solution!

They are fantastic to work with. Very nice and great customer service. Love the auto pay and immediate invoicing sent to my email. They have great terms when leaving as well so your not stuck in some contract milking you for money.

This storage facility is clean, secure, and well managed. From the moment we arrived they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond in customer service. Jessica was always cheerful and helpful...we found the other staff we encountered to be the same. We will highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs their services. Thanks for being so awesome...great customer service is not always easy to find, but you guys knocked it out of the park!!

The only negative was they raised the price from $80 to $96 in the two years I had the room without notice given. The staff was always kind and courteous and the room was in great shape and secure.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and secure!

We used this place for maybe 6 months. The only thing we didn't like was that our unit leaked water in during rain because our mattress we stored took the hit. Luckily it was covered but had it not been, it would've ruined it. We were able to set up everything on the phone, store it all on a weekend, and pay everything online. We really liked the conveniency of it.

Safe place to store your belongings

Super friendly staff. Place is always clean and really secure. The dumpster is usually empty when I go. I've had units in other places where the dumpster was always full. I hate that I have so much stuff that I need a storage unit, but am happy that its here.

Jessica is AMAZING. She's so helpful and thoughtful. I'm a very busy person and I travel a lot so I often forget when the 1st is. She sends me an email a week early to remind me! I also forgot the gates lock at 10 and she let me out. The location is safe, secure, and convenient!
