You don’t expect the process of getting a storage unit to be fun but she goes above and beyond to make your experience so pleasant you temporarily forget you’re about to move a ton of stuff. Over the years, each time we move, we’ve needed needed storage units of varying sizes for varying lengths of time and Nancy is always there with a smile. She is the reason we return to this location, as long as she’s there we'll be repeat customers!!

Super friendly staff, fast super easy storage rental. Very knowledgeable, convenient quality padlocks on site to purchase makes renting a storage here easy! The lady that runs this storage is very personable and actually cares about your safety and the well-being of your stored items.

Nancy is absolutely amazing. We have used this storage facility for years when we needed just because of Nancy. The units are well taken care of as well as the property. I was able to get a storage unit that same day, and she even assists in helping with a secured lock. As a matter of fact, she graciously donated the lock to my non-profit organization. SecurCare was great! I’ve rented here the last 2 years and had no issues. Their units are older, but well taken care of and clean. Nancy was always so willing to respond to my requests like a security light being out or my door being jammed. Great experience- I would highly recommend this facility!
