I had a unit there for a year and a half. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. There were a couple times i had issues with making the monthly rent payment and the staff was very helpful and understanding. When I vacated my unit, the property manager, Cynthia, made surrendering my unit easy. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others. All the staff do their best to take care of their customers.

Because there units aren't sealed from the rest of the others, I have rats going through my crap and ruining stuff and there's nothing I have to draw them there. I use my unit a lot, so im back and forth. But they can go easily through the gaps of the walls and across the open tops of the units. I even switch units and I still have a rat problem even when I got into another building that they have.

Heather and the Moove In team offered me an excellent deal and came across as genuine, which is pretty rare nowadays. Strongly recommend.

Great facility and customer service. Stacie keeps the entire area maintained and organized. Excellent outdoor lighting. Gated entrance and exit. Indoor lighting is bright in the hallway and each individual unit. Parking for storage of vehicles/trailers, etc. allows ample space for maneuvering. High and dry with good drainage. Built to last (unlike me)!! Update Dec 3, 2024: I have reduced my pile of 30+ year old relics and downsized my unit to two smaller sizes. Stacey was instrumental in notifying me when those units became available right across the hall. My account was updated in a matter of minutes resulting in a seamless transaction. Many thanks to Stacey for facilitating the smoothest storage relocation ever.

Moving into san francisco from southern california comes with lots of stress especially as i attend school, and with stress as well comes unnecessary clothes and items from back home. although i did not buy a unit the staff (nate i believe) seemed to be extremely approachable and knowledgeable of the space and rates. He drives around on the cart cleaning up and checking the units making sure all is on the up and up around the property.He is always consistent and considerate to renters and to people that come to look around always making them feel comfortable answering all their questions and helping them feel confident in knowing that he will help them make the right choice in choosing the right size unit for their needs, and for also choosing this storage facility to do business with.When moving work is being done on the grounds he always checks up making sure things are running smoothly and sees to it that renters can get done what they need to do without any traffic jams❗ The grounds are always clean thanks to his constant hard work cleaning up outside and inside the units along with the bathroom being stocked and clean as well. We have rented at several places around town,but there's no more need to go anywhere else thanks to Derek and his many years of constant great service to us as customers and his consistent hard work and presence as a great guy and Manager of the grounds always doing the best he can to make me feel comfortable and giving us the assurance that we are at the best,safest,and cleanest storage unit facility around. It is our hope and concern that storage unit owners and landlords in our communities help to make it possible to keep rents as low as necessary to aid in helping responsible good people that try hard to always pay their rent on time. There are many people who need a storage unit in this community.

Derrick and the rest of the office staff have been very friendly, professional and take good care of the facility. My only negative would be the high cost of the rentals and the multiple raises in rents. As a senior citizen this aspect is of concern for me. But otherwise, the staff on site have been great.

Jeff is always great. We bought a travel trailer earlier in the year and live in an HOA so we try to avoid bringing the trailer to our house and therefore try to do some basic things there at the dump station, which is super convenient. There is a long house, a waste line, and a plug all located under a cover. I was missing a socket large enough for the drain plug on hot water heater and Jeff went out of his way to look into his own tool set and found the tool I could use to save me a trip home. Drain plug needed some additional attention but it would have saved me lugging the trailer to our house. While I wish the location was closer to my house the customer service is worth the extra drive.

They have temperature controlled units which was necessary when moving!! You can access them 24 hours. Muy bueno. Limpio! Easy access with trollies.

I would like to commend Michelle Rose for her excellent help when I had to empty a storage unit. When my padlock proved too stuck for my arthritic hands to open, she came by the unit and eventually was able to get it open for me. She also suggested resources for moving items to different locations. She made what seemed difficult actually relatively easy and was consistently polite and cheerful.

I was in this storage for a year. i never had a problem with them from day one. They treated me very nicely. I had a issue with and Kevin, help me to close my storage very nice from him I really appreciate him and the help that they give me thank you. I strongly recommend.

We suggested Northwest Storage, Clackamas, to my sis when she was starting her drive from Missouri to Oregon. Sage, the manager, was very helpful and the reviews were good. I'm glad we got a storage spot here. Although it's a residential management place, we have connected with Sage only about half the time when we needed her during our rental period. Someone remote tries to assist us, not always successfully, on our phone calls. However, Sage is helpful and gracious when we do meet up and I am still glad we used the Clackamas location of Northwest Storage. ☆☆☆☆ Four Stars Rosemary Marshall

For starters the rental process is ridiculously quick and easy. I had planned on not being able to get everything taken care of until the office was open, however I was pleasantly surprised to find EVERYTHING could be completed online which opened up a whole two to three hours in my already busy day. Someone from the office (I want to say…Tarah?) even called me a few hours later to make sure I had my gate code and everything and made sure if I had any questions or needed anything to let them know. It’s a very nice, clean, and well maintained facility and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am looking for a storage place when I met Cynthia Farrow running the location on North 83rd Ave or there abouts off of Lake Pleasant parkway. I was very impressed with her friendliness and outgoing nature, not to mention 110% professionalism. She gave me a tour of the facility and told me the different options. I am not quite ready for my move yet, but when I am you can bet I will be coming back to this facility.

I have used multiple different storage facilities, this one has by far been not only the most accommodating, but friendly and professional as well. Belinda is the absolute best and is amazing at what she does. She has made the storing process much more stress free than I thought would be possible. The only thing that I would say needs to be worked on would be the amount of time the lights stay on within the unit building. It is difficult to try to go through things with the lights turning off so quickly after you've turned them on. You have to keep stopping what you are doing to walk down to turn them back on: constantly. Still, great place to do business with. Thank you!!

I have stored my items with istorage for years and never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The facilities are always nice and clean with plenty of lighting and the hours of use are very reasonable. I will continue to use them as needed. Staff keep up the fantastic customer service and communication. I would like to give a very loud shoutout to Lisa who is awesome. I enjoy conversing with her anytime I come in and anytime I have a problem or issue she does her due diligence in getting it straightened out. I used a temperature-controlled storage unit one time in the past (different company in another state); something leaked from above and ruined some of our things and almost everything was rusted. I was very hesitant to use a storage unit again but I didn't have a choice. I'm really glad I found this place though, everything was seamless from move-in to move-out. Super easy to reserve a unit online, convenient location, easy access, great hours, fair prices, friendly staff and a clean facility. This place took a huge weight off during an extremely stressful time and I'm so grateful.

Great customer service everytime I go in to make payments. Very accommodating during the power outtage they experienced in October. The lady behind the desk is very professional and polite never had a bad experience. I've been there about 6mo. They're way better and professional than cube smart down the street from their facility. I wouldn't recommend cube smart to my worst enemy 😤.

I have to say I've been very disappointed with I Storage not acknowledging my personal insurance. Went into the office and was fortunate to meet Cory for the first time. It was a relief to speak to a professional who was able to correct a problem that was one big headache to me. He deserves a promotion.

Northwest Self Storage on Bishop Road is a very professional company that was easy to contact and very informative and upfront with their policy. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. The only complaint I would have is that the 5 x 15 foot unit I rented is not truly that size. It's more like 4 1/2 x 14 feet. Other than that, this is a great company and very economical.

Great facility! It's always spotlessly clean in the buildings and on the property. 24hr automated bill payment system is a plus. I have been here for approx. 18 months and have never any sort of an issue and I feel safe my belongings being stored here. Having wide self opening doors and carts readily available makes anytime having to move things in/out as less of a hassle as possible. Awesome rates as well.

Janet has been helping me since I first stopped in to inquire about storage sizes and cost 2 months ago and she’s always greeted me with a smile and plenty of patience. Now that I’m checked in with 2 separate reservations she continues to be helpful and pleasant to deal with, no matter how busy she is. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the corporate policy of administration fee, every time you rent a space they require you to pay the fee. This makes no sense since your information is already in. I would recommend them to anyone simply for Janet’s helpfulness ,
