David Mays who is the property manager for this location goes above and beyond to communicate to you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. He also has a way of making you feel you have an old friend almost instantly.

After more than 4 years, I moved out of this storage unit for my new apartment. My furniture, boxes, and other materials were safe and secure in this facility. I didn't have to worry about anything. Dave is amazing! He helped me from beginning to the end. He came in early and worked with me and moving crew before he was officially on the clock. He is caring, dedicated, and very professional! My first post in 2020: Easy online sign-up and registration. Very reasonable price, especially with online discounted rate. Safe, secure, clean, and easy access. Best of all is manager Dave who goes out of his way to answer questions and make the process as smooth and easy as possible.

I have to give this business credit in the fact that this facility is one of the most cleanest and well organized storage facilities in the Metro Detroit area. The staff are very knowledgeable in helping you with any issues you may have with your move in or move out. Dave is a cool down to earth manager who goes beyond the call of duty to make his customers and staff happy. Nicole and Terrance are some of the kindest sales associates I met full of ideas on how to make your move in the most economical and efficient.

No complaints, except the price keeps going up ridiculously. Oh, if you have items you don't need and no one to give them to in good/ great condition, just ask the staff. They auction off items left behind. It can save you the headache of finding a donation place.
