iStorage Facility at 191 Armory Rd in Prince Frederick

*I am updating my review to 3 stars ONLY because Ben went absolutely above and beyond this week to help me get the 10x15 unit I originally reserved. He was extremely kind, professional and helpful. He deserves a raise. Ben is 5/5 stars as an employee. I wish I didn’t already lease this unit because while their office hours say they are open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, they are not open on Wednesday. So imagine my surprise when I pull up with a rented Uhall to unload my stuff into the storage unit I paid for- only to find out that the gate code isn’t working, FOR ANYONE. And oh! Of course there isn’t anyone working here today ☺️ So now I’m stuck at this stupid gate with a truck full of my stuff that I can’t bring back to my house and unload, and absolute no access to this storage unit. I’m furious and would discourage EVERYONE from using this storage place, literally use anywhere else but here. I called customer support where I’m sure I was speaking to an AI bot who hung up on me, when I called back they gave me the same name but said they were a different person, okay.. I finally had them give me a different unit in another facility but it’s half the size.
