I Love the great customer service that I receive from Ms.Danna she very knowledgeable about the unit sizes and anything you need she has it's always a fast and professional storage facility.

Great place to rent from. Being a very busy person I loaded my unit and placed to lock incorrectly, recieved a phone call right away tell me to please check the lock on my unit. And it was explained why. Best customer service ever

Great price and excellent customer service

I am moving my storage business to this location after my current one continues with endless cost hikes without proper notification becoming too unaffordable in comparison to the area. iStorage in La Plata was best priced, and Dana was an absolute pleasure to talk to and do business with, the process was super simple (10 minutes and I had a unit!). She took the time to walk me to my unit to make sure everything was working and looked ok, which it was super clean and functioning correctly. So glad I called to discuss any concerns after a couple bad reviews I read online. So far, I am thankful I didn’t pass up them up and called for myself!

Tae gives wonderful service all around.Very friendly and helpful when it comes to units and uhaul. Oh omg I forgot he got style and is funny as hell. We Will be back again for uhaul at this location.

Process to rent online was very easy and didn’t take much time. The only negative for me was the cost of insurance that is required to rent. Monthly fee was high in my opinion for the amount of coverage. The unit was clean when I arrived and had no issues at all.

The manager at this location was fairly new and didn't know how to handle a claims situation properly, but the District Manager gathered all of the information and handled the situation professionally. No hard feelings on my end. It was definitely a crazy situation for me , but thank God for his favor and Blessings.

Great prices and staff was amazing. Provided great follow up on my inquiry and when I arrived was very pleasant to work with. Grounds were nice and clean and love the fact they are not easily seen from the main road. Feels more secure. overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this location.

I had the opportunity to meet the staff at the Crain Highway office. They were pleasant and very informative. I walked the facility and was pleased with the storage units and how clean they were. Other than the mats when you’re going down the stairs were someone might fall. I was pleased with Tanya and Heather.

We came in today to look at a unit, and Tanya was extremely helpful and very thorough with all the information we needed. She is a great people person.

Tanya was fabulous. Very patient, friendly, answered my questions and provided paperwork for a new unit setup very quickly.

The i have its just right for my stuff

My family purchased a storage unit and lock yesterday(10/23). We were pleasantly surprised with the assistance of the manager T. Shelton. She was warm, inviting, informative and even asked if we were in need of purchasing other supplies. Thank you for the easy transaction, as moving and storage can be extremely frustrating.

I came into the Istorage in Laplata today. I was nicely greeted as soon as I walked in by a young man name Steven. Steven gave beyond outstanding customer service & made my experience today a great one. I left Istorage very satisfied today!

This storage/uhaul facility is amazing in their customer service and overall business practices. The manager, Heather is amazing and very accommodating in taking care of her customers. She went above and beyond in my situation. I will never go anywhere else for uhaul service and if I ever need storage she will be the only one I go to! She gives the facility a very good reputation and name.
