Shey is super personable, very friendly and accommodating with helping us(COLT MOVING) move out a customer that was moving into their new home.

This is a great clean facility, and the management has great customer service

I rent a storage unit here. The facility is safe and clean, and I really like it. However when I was in the process of getting a unit no one answered the phone, no one was ever at the facility, so I’m taking off a star for that reason. They need to do better on customer service and answering questions.

Easy set up

Wonderful, easy online application, played for and i moved my stuff in later that day. the lock was already off of the unit (in preparation) and it was clean. I have a 10x10 and its perfect for an apartment's worth of stuff.

I spoke to two different people who both went above and beyond duty to help me. I greatly appreciate the support I received from both ladies. Thank you ALL for being so kind.

Ava is super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and secure. The storage unit was clean and while not an a/c unit, it felt cool on even the hottest days.

I live in Illinois and was using my iPhone to reserve a storage unit in Whitestown. The website was not allowing me to submit the document despite the fact that it was complete. Eva patiently worked with me to get the unit secured.

Eva was outstanding. Due to limited staff it was difficult to connect with someone but once I was able to reach her it was great.

Price seems competitive for the Zionsville/Whitestown area. Clean spaces, month to month payments so no contract needed. Only negative is that this is not a 24 hour accessible storage facility but it has not hindered me at all so far.

I'm using the whitestown, In location. I'm renting two units. Was charged administrations fees for each unit, doesn't seem right. They are able to bill both of them under one name/account and charge to one credit card. When they pull up my name both units come up under one account. So why two administration fees? Store manager doesn't have the authority to remove, next level up was able to clear one administration fee off the bill. Thank you!

I love my 10 x 30 unit and plan to stay long term. It serves as my back up storage off my property for my business and is only 1 mile from my home. The front office gal from (P) , Is very polite and seems very efficient while enjoying her work. I look forward to visiting my unit regularly. Arthur

Staff is kind of rude, but good storage facility

I had great service when I went. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. She assured me that she would help make my move easy and she did just that. A lot of people don't realize that she does everything at that location.
