Accessible and safe

I was met in the office by a very friendly property manager . I did not feel like I was a bother. She showed me two available units. I picked one and now I’m renting storage. Highly recommend but go when Haley is working.

Ashley was amazing from the first time I’ve seen her in secure care. I have not had the best of luck with prior management but Ashley came in and made me feel very comfortable about renting here. Ashley did a wonderful job explaining how your storage area worked and personally taking me to show me the unit. She also gave me tips on moving things in and out and showed me how to work the keypad. Her positive and happy personality along with her encouragement made this a very pleasant experience. She was very reasonable with pricing and offered many products to help me with my move. In a time of stress she helped make this part very easy.

Ashley and the former property managers at the Dallas location off of E. Paulding have been extremely professional, pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this facility for storage.

Ashley makes this leave feel like home with excellent customer service. Facilities are clean, well kept. I would give it 4 stars however the manager is Excellent so for that I'm going all in at 5 stars!
