Great rental experience. Was able to reserve and finalized all online at 10pm Saturday and took possession on Sunday without ever speaking to anyone. It’s was better than any other company. Highly recommend.

I've been storing things here for at least 6 months and I continued to be amazed at how helpful and positive Jim and Eric are. They are always very accessible and approachable. They keep the property clean and their customer service is superior to other storage facilities that I've used in the past. One more thing ...Jim really sold me on buying one of the istorage locks ( because you can't lock your key in your unit - which sadly... I have done in the past) and I'm so grateful to him for that because now when i misplace my keys I know they aren't locked in my unit!

This place is wayyyy better than Public Storage. Jim is one the most accommodating people I have ever come across when dealing with storage services. He’s very personable and easy to approach. I don’t see myself leaving this place for a very long time as long as he’s here.

Great service and overall very satisfied so far. (May 22nd 2021) Just updating the review after being a customer for close to 2 years. The Staff is incredibly helpful and top notch! The online payment system is not working and if you don't call or rush to pay in person or over the phone you get charged a late fee which is now impossible to wave by the staff. The other thing is that unlike other storages rent never goes down but always goes up. I rent at other facilities and when demand is low my rent goes down or stays the same. At iStorage only goes up. Other than that I like the convenience of the facilities. If it wasn't for the payment issue I would rate it 5 Star. But lowering my rating to 4 instead.

This is by far, absolutely the best place I've ever had a storage unit! Jordan has the absolute best customer service. I have 2 units here and still have too much stuff to store, so when I started looking for a bigger unit I must have been in and out of the office about 100 times. Each time I asked to see another unit he stoped what he was doin to go show me. Most people probably would have been frustrated or a little annoyed with as many times as I've gone in there! Not Jordan, this guy goes above and beyond to do what he can to help you and always with a smile. I will never rent anywhere else again and would highly recommend to anybody that wants a good, clean storage facility with great customer service.

Had an awesome experience with iStorage! They had great rates, and we were able to access our stuff whenever we needed! We were doing a military move and we had no issues with the movers coming in to pick up our things! The staff was so helpful and kind to us during our move out process, which made it that much easier for us! 😊

I had a great experience with Jordan and Tina. For starters, due to traffic, I was going to arrive after they closed. Jordan agreed to wait for me even after the office was closed. When I arrived, he thoroughly explained everything and even took me to see the units he felt would work best for my needs. Together they had me placing my belongings in my new unit in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a storage unit.

I came into the store looking to rent a uhaul box truck and was informed, they only have cargo vans, but Jordan and Andrea were so nice they helped find a store that did. I ended up purchasing box’s and tape while there.

We have had a storage unit at this location for many many years. There has been a noticeable improvement in how business is conducted since the new management took over last October. These people go above and beyond every time. Yesterday, I had an issue (no fault of theirs) and they did everything they could to help me. If you are in need of storage space, this is the place to go!

The facility is secure and clean and the unit was surprisingly spacious! Andrea was a pleasure to do business with and explained everything very clearly. I feel like my belongings are in good hands.

The absolute best customer service I've experienced! I don't say that lightly, honestly, when you're going to keep your belongings somewhere and you don't know where you're going to wind up, Andrea in the front office will put you at ease. I wasn't sure where I was going to be living, but I needed to keep my stuff somewhere until I figured it out. She gave me upfront pricing, explained everything and the unit I received was ample for everything. I love that you get your security code and must use it coming in and coming out of the facility. I felt like my things were going to be safe and I never once worried about it. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Great place for your stuff

Low and upfront rates, unlike many PS facilities in the area. I unfortualy moved and am not near these guys anymore. And after dealing with the PS I wanted to make sure others know iStorage is the better choice. The staff was friendly and helpful, you guys will be my first choice if I'm in the area again.

The employees are very friendly, and gate works as it should. Never have had a single problem or worry about anything. Overall a great place to keep your belongings.

I've never experienced such great customer service like I do in this place. I am always treated with respect. Their security and cleanliness is great and I have no worries in the world leaving my stuff stored with them.

I just moved to the area and right now I am staying with family. I needed to put my things in storage, and I went to a few places checking prices. When I walked in Emily and Jet were very energetic to greet me, and making me feel welcome. Emily was very confident in herself and we had a great time talking. They explained to me they took over this property from a different storage company and they have added great features to the property, let's just say, it looks great! I then made my decision to store my things here, because I knew I would feel safe and welcomed at this property. I will recommend iStorage to everyone I know that needs to store things. Although the store is under construction cosmetically this facility is one of the nicest in the Winter Park area. I've been doing my shopping online as well as walking into different stores. From the time I opened the door I was shown nothing but great customer service. Emily and Jet were very polite and friendly while they helped me find exactly what I needed. I rated this location with 5 stars because I truly believe they love their jobs and know what they're doing. If you need storage I would recommend iStorage Winter Park Forsyth be where you get it.
