Sierra at the Colorado Springs location is fantastic. Even if I don't buy a storage locker thru auction for months and months, she still remembers who I am. And she's always helpful and friendly.

I have been renting a unit here for 1 yr. It is the first time I have used a storage unit service and I thought all storage companies were at this level. However, whenever I had friends in the car with me when stopping here, they could NOT shut up about how this property was so far superior to other storage companies they had experienced. They pointed out several positive attributes: 1. Quality of Property and why you SHOULD care- Everything was clean and working: Entry gates , security systems and cameras, and the heavy duty, yet attractive perimeter fencing all seem as new as when it was installed. This is not only a convenience and proper property care. Thieves are more likely to burglarize storage facilities that are in distress and look run down as that is usually a sign that the owners don't care about their customers property security . They shy away from clean, orderly and fully functioning properties as that tells criminals they are not only on the job of protecting their customers, but also care enough to be diligent. 2. As someone with a budget so tight it squeaks (,the budget, that is) from time to time, I have run right up to the due date. They would often call, ever so politely and with sincere respect, just to remind me the due date was imminent and they were trying to help me not incur legitimate late fees. As far as staff goes, Sierra and Melinda not only do what all they are supposed to do, they often go "above and beyond"reasonable expectations. They always treat me and my family with the level of respect and kindness that is rare these day. I encourage anyone who needs storage to use this place. Besides the courteousness of all the staff, it also maintains a standard of safety and security you'd want and expect for your valuables.

I enjoy going to the office to pay my storage fee because Melinda is always so pleasant and has the most beautiful smile!! She is so professional and always willing to help no matter what the problem is. Melinda is awesome and I can’t wait to go to the office to pay my storage fee. I have been at this storage location for five years and it is currently being managed by a wonderful individual that keeps the location clean safe and secure! It is the best place in Colorado Springs! Thanks to all and keep up the great work!

I had a family member that had a unit at this location for several years. The facility is very clean, secure and quiet. My family member passed away and Sierra the Manager went above and beyond to help me out. She was so kind and understanding of my situation and when I needed a couple of extra days because of the snow she happily gave me more time. Her kindness and professional conduct made a very sad and difficult time a little easier. I highly recommend this facility. The location is exceptionally clean, the billing was easy to understand, they sent monthly reminders and the online bill pay was fast and easy. Sierra the manager excels at her job making this facility 10 stars.

Staff has been very helpful and kind. I do however have a problem with sides and ceiling being open to the other units surrounding mine. Seems as though it would only detour the honest people and it allows others to view your belongings. I hope I am lucky enough to be surrounded by honest people.

I was going to get a storage again because I had one before, I thought they opened at 10 and it was a little after 9 the guy opened the door and let us in!! Great service he was very nice

I had a unit here for about a years time before no longer needing one, and let me say I was greatly satisfied with their service. Being late on a couple payments, they worked with me with ease with communication. Moving out was extremely easy and hassle free. The cleanliness and overall comfortable felt here always made needing to go to my unit enjoyable. I never questioned the safety of my property that I stored here. My only complaint would be the office not always having someone in it when I needed to go in, however that was due because workers would be attending the entire facilities, not just the office room. I’ll definitely rent a unit from here again if I’m ever in need for one.

Everything was great I got a special deal you were running. How about one of your wonderful locks they can't be broken into. Everything was explained to me in detail and I got to see the unit to make sure it was the right size. One personal training a new employee they were very professional and did a great job. I have recommended you to other people I know. This was my first time I ever had to get a storage unit. I no problems great experience.

Great customer service, clean facilities, competitive prices

I went in yesterday to rent a unit for just a month and I was extremely happy with the customer service from the gentleman behind the counter! He walked me through everything very quickly it was a very painless experience and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage. I love that when I put in my code it says welcome and my name and when I leave it says thank you and my name. The grounds are very clean and my unit was spotless.

I came into the self storage today, 04/29/21, and was looking for a smaller storage unit, the lady at the front Billie, was able to help me look on her property and others to see if they had a unit for me. I was unable to find one that suits my needs but I was very impressed with the professionalism and care that went into my concerns/needs. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking, and when you go definitely ask for billie.

We rented a unit here and I will say this is the cleanest and nicest facility in town. Billi was super helpful and extremely nice and knowledgeable.
