SecurCare Self Storage Facility at 3420 E Vickers Dr in Colorado Springs

I'm really impressed at just how simple a process it was to rent a storage unit. The instructions and documentation were all very clear. Pricing is definitely competitive, and the location is really nice. Extremely happy with my decision.

The facility has always been clean and easy to access. The people have been very friendly and professional. For those reasons I would be giving this facility a 5 star rating. However, when I began (11 months ago) I was paying $97/mo. Since then I have had two prices and I am now paying nearly 50% more $143/mo. I know inflation has something to do with it but not 50%. I also know this is controlled on a national level. I will be looking for a new facility.

We have been using SecurCare since July 2022. They're great and we feel like our storage items are safe. The front office people are top notch.

We have been storing here in the climate controlled storage for several years. Have not had any issues. The price has not risen as dramatically as some other storage facilities. Have never had any issues with staff or management. Things running smoothly. Payment is easy. Access is easy and secure.

William is amazing!! Every time I go to the site he goes the extra mile to make my experience awesome. The last time I went I had just gotten out of the hospital. I had new plates for my car, and William took 5 minutes to put them on for me. He is so kind!!! The facility is always clean and secure. Thanks William for all of your hard work!

Stored at this site for about 3 months it was very clean and always saw the property manager on site cleaning or fixing things. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Lindsay the manager is extremely friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions and she was very helpful and made sure that I got the unit I needed at the lowest price possible. I called quite a few storage companies before I called securcare Self Storage. They all seem to have a catch to the specials. Securcare self- storage and Lindsay were very straightforward. She is very honest and works hard to make sure you're happy!

I am going through a divorce and things have been pretty messy, but Lindsey the on-site manager has bent over backwards to make sure that my soon to be ex husband and I were taken care of and the process went smoothly. We have a couple of units at this location and each time went fast and smooth. The property looks awesome, no trash anywhere, nobody living out of their storages or hanging out in them like the other places. The manager runs a tight ship, and will get on anyone who doesn't follow the rules. She makes sure that her customers are well taken care of and completely satisfied. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for friendly service and a safe secure place to store their belongins.

It’s nice and clean with high ceilings but they do not have lights in them. Not having lights makes it almost impossible to go to your storage I. The late afternoon. I really wished they had lights because alit of times it’s late when I get off work and if I need something it’s already dark. Other than that we really like the place and the lady who I met to sign the the paperwork was super nice and very friendly. The storage is located right down the street from my apartment, so we love the location.

Lindsey was super friendly and had all of the paperwork ready to be signed when I went into office on my lunch break. They are closed 1-2pm daily for lunch. Just call ahead and she will work with you. Also location is super perfect. Easy to find. Access into storage is easy to navigate. Storage access is open. daily, 6 am to 10pm. Very helpful for the working person :)

My mother had recently passed and I am responsible for the all business moving forward. The experience with SecuCare was outstanding. The exit keypad is inconveniently placed between too pillars which make it difficult to access from a truck or SUV. Other than that, there were no issues. Grounds and buildings well-maintained. Staff friendly. Even got a refund on my unused portion of the rent and insurance when I moved by stuff out.

Lindsey is Simply Awesome!! The Best Customer Service EVER!! She's a Great Asset to Securecare Self Storage. She's so Kind, and is Very Helpful and is Very Personable. I have to say Lindsey at the Vickers Location 3420 is awesome she is polite, helpful and most of all great at her job and knows it well! She is very welcoming and just nice person and helpful i appreciate it! We never had to use storage before and she made it painless and easy thank you!!!

Terry is awesome, along with the owner. They first off helped me quickly when I was running into problems. They then gave me my first month free and then proceeded to waive my late fee... these guys are the real deal and work with you. I'm so happy to have been able to get a unit here. I had my storage here for six months and all the staff had been pretty helpful. Lyndsy in the office went out of his was to make sure that my move out and transfer of the unit was processed to perfection! He is a good reason that if I weren't leaving the area, I would continue to be a customer!

Good rates and temperature controlled rooms. I originally reserved a 10x15, but when I arrived a couple weeks later they didn't have one available. Instead they put us in a 10x10 and a 10x5 for cheaper. It actually worked out better that way, I'm very happy.
