Sherri who works at the location is great and very helpful! Do not call during lunch time...? 1-2pm. The non local customer service is pretty darn bad. Walk in or call during business hours. Things will go much smoother!

When u can catch the office staff in the building, they are quite helpful and polite. They aren't always on the premises tho, so make sure that u call the office b4 heading there to make sure someone will b available in the office.

Super great lady worked with me before opening, getting me into my unit before a certain time. Very grateful for her help and understanding! Unit was a little dirty, but she swept it out no problem. There was also a dead mouse but what can ya do, the cold probably got to him. Thank you for your help!

It needs to be upgraded other than that you get a nice space, clean, no bugs, security for your money

You know when your having a bad day and you walk into another place of business and most of the time they have a bad attitude I didn't get that from the front desk at secure care very polite smiling just genuin it's good to know there are still good people out there. The service was great, the facility is clean and well kept. There is a light in the unit that actually works! Even customer service was polite when I had to call and get my code because I forgot my little reminder card at home.

An excellent, economical place to store your wares. A thoughtful staff, managed by the friendly Ms. Bradley-Cuddie, carries about their duties in a professional yet courteous manner. If you're needing a "no frills" but standard storage unit, consider this location and save a few dollars. Could be just what you're looking for!

They practice great Social distancing Their units are nice and temperature regulated. Easy access with big U-Hauls and conveniently located and very competitive and affordable prices.

Storage rent is fair. But the 3 stars is because of the driveway needing to be fixed too many potholes

I went there to help out a friend but my storage facility is way Northwest but he has a lot of room in that storage she tells me it's really inexpensive and the owners daycare

Brady was so nice on s nevada i used storage in 2018 and went back in 2019 good location. Brady was a easy manager to work with.

Patty was fast efficient and very polite, everything was easy to understand when it came to the terms. And I was happy with the over all service that was provided.
