EDIT #4: (March 10, 2023)
The current property manager, here, is "MARYSOL". She arrived the early part of 2022, to replace Rachel, and, of all the property managers I've seen here, in 16 years, she's been the nicest, and best, and most pleasant manager we've had here. The rest of my review has been left, as is, until I feel it warrants a change. (NOTE: I'm CHANGING my review, to 5-stars, ONLY because of her service)

What used to be "Indian Self Storage", was bought out by a company called "SecurCare Self Storage" (which is what it is now). That, in turn, more recently, was acquired by a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST called "NSA Brands" (Please notice those "capitalized" words), which don't give a damn about people! These types of "trusts", ("hedge fund" and "venture capitalists"), are all about PROFITS! Notice the Google spiel:
"SecurCare is a proud member of the *NSA Brands* family, a real estate investment trust comprised of 11 self storage brands."
Hopefully you've read this far. Anyway, my rating has now gone from 5-star, to 3 (mediocre). Only reason it gets a 3, is because of the pleasant people that run, and have run, the facility. Otherwise I'd rate them 1-star. This is the part I want you all to know: Since NSA Brands has taken over, they've changed the "legal" in their contracts to us, the consumer. I've been there 16 years running. My contract USED TO stipulate that, once annually, "ANNUALLY", that, generally, our rates would go up, not much different than rental rates to apartments and such, which was the point of my previous grievance. Now it's gotten worse by these corporate d-bags!! I'll explain:
Within the verbiage of the "legal" contracts you and I sign, the "annual" stipulation has been removed. Now these d-bags have designed it, through their attorneys, that not only can rates go up, but they can go up AT ANY TIME, as long as they (the storage facility and parent company) give us, the consumer, a 30-day notice in advance. So please understand that, if you rent a storage unit from ANY member of the NSA Brands "family" 🤦♂️, your rental rate/rent, could, and probably WILL, go up, AT. ANY. TIME. 🤬🤬 They could change (read: increase) our rates, EVERY MONTH, if they decided to, and we either accept it, or move out. That doesn't sound business savvy, especially if you end up with an 80% vacancy rate! People will get fed up with this!
Trust me when I say, these "TRUSTS", conglomerates, and any entities like them, care NOTHING for the consumer; only their PROFITS and profit margins.
