Gabe was PHENOMENAL! He was extremely helpful over the phone, answering all types of questions and willing to give a tour. After reserving online, I was sent ALL the information necessary to get in and access my storage unit! So easy and convenient!

Update: After several complaints the manager Gabe allowed me to move to another unit. Thankfully the new unit does not leak and has lights. My recommendation is to view the u it prior to move in to ensure no water leaks and has lights if you need. Cheap price but no lights in the internal storage unit. I went to the front office and they told me they no longer have lights in the units. My unit is internal, meaning no outside light. I have had to add my own battery operated lights for a large 10x20 unit. If you’re ok not seeing in your unit this is a good location and decent price.

These people that work here are amazing. They are really helpfull and understanding. They have really been a blessing to me, in a very troubling time. I recommend that you guys come see them if or when you need a space or parking. Experience it for yourself.

I can’t say more about this spot and the team running it…Gabe and the front take good care of Rightspace. I have been here for years and just upgraded units. They have always has gone above and beyond for me, and has great communication with tenants.

I reserved my unit online. The process was very quick. Even signed the lease online. I just had to go to the office to get the lock. The unit was clean and there was no problem.

The girls up front were great , both knew what therw doing very well , one even walked all the way out to the unit to show me the sizes , felt bad she had to walk but with out any hesitation or deviation she walked all the there ! They also tailored a unit to got my needs and customized my plan ! Units were clean and the premises is well lighted and clean. I don't know if they knew who I was at the time but they didn't care , go see them there awesome

The hours are very frustrating, with automated Gates in not sure why I can't access my unit after 8pm. This doesn't leave much time after work hours. Also not thrilled about increasing my price 6 months into my rental I feel like if a price was agreed upon it should stay that price until you exit. But otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful and the units are good.

Had a great experience until rent was raised after 5 months... Luckily I was able to move out after one month with the raised rent amount. However, on the plus side - staff is very friendly and informative.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. Office and location is very clean. Storages are nicely sized. Nice area. You would be surprised what can fit in a 5x10 storage unit. I fit an Ashley king bed and canopy bedroom set with large armoire huge dresser and two nightstands, multiple boxes, folded up trampoline and there was still room for a little more. Overall, I am happy with this place.

Haven't seen it yet but needed to know I had a place to store my things before I got here, Harley was fantastic setting us up over the phone.

Price is towards the high end but friendly staff and very secure. I wish they were a 24/7 storage facility especially in the hot summer months and they had more outside spaces available for small trailers, boats and campers.

I was very happy here and if I ever need storage again, I'll be back. I have rented from several places in the past and this was honestly the best experience. The place is always clean, plant of room to move your vehicle through the facility and no issue here with any pests at all! The ladies in the front office were very nice and helpful. Even helped me when I lost my wallet and it took my bank forever to get me a new card. If you need storage then this is the place you'll want to use.

Clean and nice staff

RightSpace Storage in Queen Creek was a fantastic option for us while we were in between houses. We started off needing only one 10x10, but then realized we had more than expected, and ended up renting a second 10x10. The staff were incredible, and were able to honor discount rates for our first months for both units. The access was easy for both our units (one inside, one out). The carts they have for use are a little beat up (typical from such use), but the facility is otherwise clean and very accessible. We never had problems or restrictions getting in or out. When it came time to move out and end our agreement, the staff made the process very easy and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Thanks to Jack and his office staff for making the experience a positive one.

While I was deployed I always received a monthly email letting me know my payment was due and when it was paid. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Granted, the cost of my unit increased while I was gone and there is no military discount but I still would recommend RightSpace Storage.

Our experience with RightSpace Storage was great! The unit was clean and had easy access. Having air conditioning was a huge plus. The carts that are available inside the units made moving heavy items much easier!

I've had a wonderful time storing my belongings at this place I have not had any bad runins with the property manager or with the company itself. Right space storage has given me the convenience of sleeping at night and not worrying about my Belongings, and a convenience of going and being able to have access to my belongings Is a real nice to have. I would Recommend right space storage to all of my family and friends .

I had to get a couple of storage units when I moved out of state. The storage facility is clean and well secured. I felt confident leaving my stuff there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed about the rates going up after new ownership, however overall was a good place to store my belongings.

Price was reasonable. The climate controlled building needs bigger doors to get furniture in and out. Inside needs better lighting and some contrasting paint to appeal more to customers. My door spring to hold the door up was weak and I had to fix it myself. Owner needs to be more proactive and keep putting money back into the business.

I have been a renter at Store More in Queen Creek for 1.5 years currently and I was a renter for a year several years earlier! I was so impressed with how clean it is, how safe I feel keeping my belongings there and how friendly the staff is. After my wonderful first experience I came back this second time with out even looking at another storage center. I am hooked and I have referred several friends. If you are looking for a storage center look no further this is the place!

We love the location and the great customer service. I feel safe and secure when there and that my storage is safe when I am not. Very clean. I started storing Christmas gifts there now I am there full time. They even have a truck for you to use so move your stuff in!!!! if you need storage this is the place!!
