Not temp controlled.. gate is often left open, maybe due to malfunction. Looks like my unit got broken into.

I was there over a year and they were great. Great service, great staff. They were very accommodating when I was dealing with family medical issues and traveling from one city, back to Arlington. I appreciated that. I have moved and no longer needed my storage, but I’d recommend them for sure.

I went to this facility to get me a small unit the young lady up front was very helpful, not only did she show me 1 unit she went ahead and showed me a little bit bigger one to make sure I was getting the right size. The young lady in the office, Aerial(spelling?), really knows how to handle any situation. Very customer oriented, pleasant and professional. She's an asset to your company, especially in today's world of negative and angry people, she was kind and helpful. I really felt taken care of. The 5 star is for the customer service you can't find that kind of customer service now a days even though I don't have a unit there but by going around looking for a storage was by far the best customer service I had there. The corporate people need to consider people like her and the maintenance guy name Steven it's a waiste of time there paying him not doing his job I don't know who is the manager Liz or Steven cuz the guy thinks he knows what his doing but his customer service sucks corporate needs to hide this kind of people in the back it's bad for business probably in the mean time I will rent a unit here I'm settled in a better one now but really love Liz customer service

Every time I go in, I am greet with a smile. Liz is a wonderful person and very helpful. A plus in customer service.

The SecurCare Self Storage on S Collins (@ Arkansas) has the best management of any storage ive ever leased storage space from and i have huge peace of mind that my stuff is safe and well kept with Mrs Elizabeth (Liz) Castleberry there. She also makes every trip to the office to pay my rent very personal and enjoyable. Thanks Liz!!

My experience was excellent. Irene the regional manager and Liz the lady on-site helped me a lot. As a single parent, moving was a nightmare. It took us a while but we're settled. Our memories were secure thanks to these 2. Awesome people at this location!

I'm very satisfied, there's a lady on-site super helpful & understanding. A move is really stressful but, I know my things are safe & I'll sleep better because I didn't pay outrageous prices for my unit.
