I found the staff to be very helpful, courteous and always ready to help. The facility was well-maintained and very clean. I never had to worry about security issues. I was most impressed with the climate control of the facility. I stored several boxes of old family photos and antique furniture in the space for the past few years and never an issue cold winter or hot summer weather.

Heather is great! Place is clean. Setup and usage of facility was easy. Close-out was also seamless.

I have only worked with Diane, but she is great. Super friendly and kind and knowledgeable. I had a medical emergency and she did everything she could to work with me. It's refreshing to have a good human interaction like this with a company.

She has created a space where anyone can come in and not help but to like her! There are other locations that are less expensive, but I will stick with Banks Nw Self storage and heidi
